The episode starts with RV admitting Purvi to the hospital. The doctor asks RV what happened to Purvi. RV explains that someone abducted Purvi, placed her in a coffin, and buried her. He adds that rainwater seeped into the coffin and that he tried to get her out. Although she regained consciousness briefly, she lost it again. The doctor then goes to check on Purvi.
Yug tells Diya that this is not his brother’s usual behavior. He comments that RV never panics like this and observes that RV and Purvi are made for each other, as they always try to save each other when one is in trouble. Diya agrees with him.
Dadaji and Dadi prepare to leave the house to search for RV and Purvi. However, Harleen stops them, saying that RV called her to inform that Purvi has been found and that he is on the phone. Dadaji talks to RV and asks if Purvi is fine. RV replies that she is not and explains that Purvi is currently receiving treatment at the city hospital. Dadaji reassures RV not to worry and assures him that nothing will happen to Purvi.
Jasbir walks through the rain to save Purvi. He argues with Monisha, insisting that she should pray to God for Purvi’s safety, or he will destroy her. Monisha comments that Purvi should be dead by now, but Jasbir insists that she will not die.
Matthew describes to Neha and Sahil how he delivers a terrifying death to all his targets, claiming that none have escaped his grasp so far. He brings Sahil and Neha to the cemetery to show them Purvi’s dead body but is shocked to find the coffin empty. Matthew tells them that he buried Purvi in that coffin, but now it is empty.
Jasbir tries to hitch a ride but fails to stop a passing car. Later, Monisha calls Harleen to feign concern for Purvi, asking if she has been found. Harleen apologizes for not informing Monisha earlier, confirming that Purvi has been located and is receiving treatment at the city hospital. Upon learning that Purvi is alive, Jasbir comments to Monisha that his love saved her.
Neha, upon discovering the empty coffin, scolds Matthew for not doing his job properly. Sahil receives a call from Jasbir and answers it. Jasbir warns that if anything happens to Purvi, they will be in serious trouble. Neha takes the phone and tells Jasbir that Purvi is dead. Jasbir responds that Purvi has been rescued and is getting treatment at the hospital. He then suggests to Neha that he can kill them under the pretext of self-defense. Neha ends the call, instructing Matthew to finish the job and is about to give him money. However, Sahil stops Neha, reminding her that they did all of this for money and telling Matthew that there is no need for him to kill anyone. Sahil and Matthew leave, with Matthew confused about how Purvi escaped.
RV contacts Yogi for information over the phone and informs him that he is sending Yug. He then speaks to Yug and sends him on his way. Harleen and the family arrive at the hospital, followed by the police. The cops ask RV where he found Purvi. RV explains that he discovered her buried alive in a coffin at the cemetery and recounts how he rescued her. Monisha arrives at the scene.
Matthew talks to Mark, stating that he will not allow Purvi to survive.
The cops praise RV for the way he saved Purvi, making Monisha feel jealous.
