The episode starts with Deepika saying to Monisha that she is going to sleep and says she arranged a pillow and blanket in her room. Monisha agrees. Monisha asks Deepika to wake her up in the early morning. Deepika asks Monisha why is that. Monisha says to Deepika that she is going to do Karwa Chauth for RV. Harleen comes and overhears their conversation. Monisha asks Harleen to not say no to this and says she has already decided to do Karwa Chauth ritual for RV. Harleen reminds Monisha that things are a little different from the past. Monisha reveals to Harleen how RV told Purvi there is no relationship in between them. Harleen hearing it allows Monisha to do Karwa Chauth ritual for RV and says she will prepare Sargi for her. Harleen later leaves from there. Monisha feels excited as she got Harleen’s permission to do the Karwa Chauth ritual for RV.
RV gives medicine to Purvi. RV asks Purvi to have this medicine and says she is not going to do the fast tomorrow. RV sees Purvi wants to tell him something. RV brings the note to Purvi saying he knows she wants to write a thank you note for him as she has trouble saying it. Purvi says when someone does something for her that others can’t do then she doesn’t know how to thank them. RV says he knows why can’t she say thank you and says she is still not comfortable saying it. Purvi thanks RV for saving her. RV gets surprised hearing it. RV later teases Purvi about it. Purvi asks RV not to make her laugh and says if she laughs then her whole body is in pain. RV agrees. Purvi says to RV that he can sleep here if he wants. RV says he will sleep on the couch and leaves from there. Purvi goes to sleep.
Mahindra’s wife comments on Jasbir as he doesn’t listen to them. Mahindra’s wife asks Mahindra to put some sense into Jasbir as he always does what he wants. Mahindra asks Jasbir what did he do. Jasbir says he didn’t do anything this time and swears on Mahindra’s wife. Mahindra says it is good if he didn’t do anything as their family and politics are on the line this time. Mahindra leaves from there.
Jasbir comments on Mahindra and his wife to Shera. Jasbir decides to get Purvi no matter what. Jasbir decides to make a plan to get Purvi and execute it any cost.
Purvi wakes up and thinks it is the morning. Purvi decides to do Karwa Chauth Vrath for RV and looks at RV who is sleeping and says she will do anything for him. Purvi leaves from there.
Vikrant and Jaswanth complaint about their wives doing Sargi ritual this early in the morning and they couldn’t sleep due to it. Dadaji comments on both of them.
Dadi later tells all the ladies about the importance of Sargi saying this is blessings from her mother in law to the daughter in law of this house. Dadi later gives Sargi to Harleen and Vaishali. Harleen gives Sargi to Deepika and Monisha. Purvi comes to the dining table. Harleen asks Purvi why is she awake and says she should be sleeping in her room. Purvi says she couldn’t sleep so she came to see Sargi ritual. Dadi and Harleen ask Purvi to go and rest. RV comes downstairs. Harleen steals the sweet from Monisha’s Sargi.
RV asks Harleen if he missed anything. Dadi says he hasn’t missed anything and says she was speaking about the importance of Sargi so that they will not forget it. Everyone starts speaking about it. RV later notices Purvi and asks Purvi why is she here. Purvi says she couldn’t sleep. RV asks Purvi to go and take rest. Purvi agrees and leaves from there. Monisha seeing it thinks this is a sign that RV belongs to her.
