The episode starts with the judge saying to Ibadat that she is educated, beautiful and intelligent. Why she isn’t giving divorce to Subhan. He doesn’t deserved her love. He is a betrayer. She can lead a happy life after divorcing him. Ibadat says that she is scared of death. She didn’t snatch Subhan from anyone. She gave the chance to Subhan to choose whom he wants to marry? She even give the same option to Mannat too. She eloped from the mandap. She married to Subhan for her mom’s sake. She will be ready to leave Subhan but not able to accept the failure in front of him. If he is loyal to her then she would have given his hand to Mannat happily. She gave everything to Subhan. He became her life. She watched a romantic movie in her childhood. She decided that she will sit with Subhan on the mandap like those couples in the movie. She has no idea about love at that time. She realised it was love later. She loved him since childhood but he wasn’t aware of her love.
Subhan returns to India. She learns that he loves Mannat. She sacrificed her love for his happiness. She risked her life to unite him with Mannat. Mannat eloped from the wedding. She married to Subhan to save their family reputation. They lost their family reputation because of Mannat. Kashaf dragging Dua in a suitcase. She shouts for help. Hameeda hears the sound and shares it with her. Meanwhile, Ibadat says to the judge that she doesn’t want to divorce Subhan because he is a good person. She gave the divorce papers to him when she learnt that he wasn’t happy with her. He didn’t sign in it because he thought that he was doing wrong with her. He is a good person. He respects the elders. Everyone likes him. He can’t understand her heart. She believes that he will understand her love one day. Subhan gets emotional. Mannat fears that Ibadat may change his heart. Mannat gets up and says that he is innocent. He doesn’t want to share the truth in this court. She won’t hesitate to reveal the truth in the court.
Mannat says to the judge that Subhan wants to divorce Ibadat because she is a characterless girl. He doesn’t want to mention that in the court. Ibadat is shocked to hear it. Mannat humiliates Ibadat there and badmouthing on her character. Subhan shouts on Mannat. Mannat requests Subhan to keep quiet. This is the last option to get divorce from Ibadat. The judge will send her to the jail for giving false statement in the court. She asks him not to give the statement against her. The judge scolds Mishra for not controlling his client. He says that she doesn’t have any respect to the court. Ibadat says that she is requesting Subhan to keep quiet. She isn’t giving respect to the court. She says to Subhan that he will get divorce from her but he can’t face her in shame after it. Mannat stops him from answering. She says that he wants that from her. He doesn’t like to see her face. That is why he wants divorce from her. The judge scolds Mannat for talking in between the arguments without permission. Mishra submits the form with apology. Mannat wish to talk but the judge warns her. He complaints that she doesn’t know to talk in the court. She has to talk in the witness box. He says that she can’t blame Ibadat as characterless without proof. She says that she has the proof in her hand. She shows Ibadat and Arman picture to him. She says that he is one of her boyfriend. She doesn’t have her remaining boyfriends picture . She has relationship with many guys. Ibadat recalls the way Armaan takes a picture with her. Mannat asked him to take it. Ibadat expected Subhan to talk in favour of her.
