The episode starts with the discussion between Aditya and Anirudhha the latter has not joined the funeral of Jhanak. Though Anirudh doesn’t want to attend the program but Aditya reminds him that Jhanak used to love him the most. In spite of giving their best, they failed to save her life. They also talk about the dance programme which will be held tomorrow. Aditya shows the interest to join that program too and requests Anirudhha to meet Brijbhushan for once. Jhanak failed to find out the father of her but now it is the responsibility to confront Brijbhushan with the letter of Urvashi so that he won’t able to deny the truth.
The priest requests the family members to control their emotion otherwise it will be hard for him to perform all the rituals of the funeral. Appu has already broken down, her mother tries to calm her down. Rest of the family members feel a irritatation in their mind when they hear the name of Jhanak.
Following the request of Aditya, Anirudhha also comes on the hall where the funeral program has been taking place. The picture of deceased Jhanak reminds all the sweet memories of them. Seeing him, Appu hugs him tightly. When the priest asks about the Gotro of Jhanak, Anirudh regards her as his wife. Hsi confession makes everyone surprised. Aniruddha is rebuked for his desperation. Chhoton encourages Anirudhha to stand up for deceased Jhanak so that she will get some justice. Appu sings a painful song for Jhanak which brings tears in the eyes of Anirudhha. Appu breaks down in tears after finishing the song.
Brijbhushan instructs a student to do a perfect makeup on the face of Jhanak who is introduced as Nutan. Brijbhushan and the hermit both appreciate the talent and the kind nature of Nutan. They both believe Nutan will bring a light in the dance world. She is also asked to keep it as a secret. Brijbhushan wants to introduce Nutan as her daughter. She feels very honoured for this recognition and takes the blessing of her Guru. Jhanak again asks Brijbhushan about her father who denied her mother as his wife. Brij Bhushan promises that he will tell her the truth tomorrow. Jhanak becomes surprised by this confirmation. The hermit also confirms that Jhanak will meet her father tommorow also. Brijbhushan seems very excited forseeing the consequences of that program. But for now she is encouraged to practice the dance.
Kajal comes in the house of Lalan and talks about the dance programme with the sister of Lalon. At the same time Lalan and Appu return home and talk about the funeral. Appu feels very bad since she didn’t stand beside her. It is very disturbing for her to accept the truth that Jhanak is no more. Lalan is still hopeful that Jhanak will return oneday. Kajal shows her the newspaper in where the veiled face of Jhanak is printed. Appu identifies her immediately and eagers to attend the programme.
