The episode begins with Jasbir asking Shera to take him to Purvi, saying she came back from death for him. Shera warns that it’s risky to meet Purvi at this time, but Jasbir insists, asking him to take a U-turn. Shera finally agrees.
Meanwhile, RV and his family ask the doctor about Purvi’s condition. RV expresses his desire to meet her, which makes Monisha wonder why he’s so concerned for Purvi. The doctor informs RV that Purvi hasn’t regained consciousness yet. He explains that she suffered a head injury and lacked oxygen for some time, so she needs to stay in the hospital for a week. RV insists that they can take good care of Purvi at home. Just then, a nurse arrives, announcing that Purvi has regained consciousness. RV thanks God and urges the doctor to discharge her. The doctor cautions that it isn’t safe for Purvi to be treated at home, but RV persists, arguing that Purvi isn’t safe in the hospital. His family supports him, and eventually, the doctor agrees, permitting Purvi to be treated at home.
Jasbir arrives at the hospital and spots Mathew there. He discreetly informs the police, prompting Mathew and his accomplice to flee. The police give chase while Jasbir sneaks inside. He sees RV and his family outside Purvi’s room, hides from them, and decides to wait for a chance to meet Purvi. Monisha, meanwhile, is dismayed that Purvi survived the attack and plans to separate her from RV soon.
The Malhotras bring Purvi home, where a nurse attends to her. Purvi attempts to speak with RV, but the nurse advises RV that Purvi needs rest and sends him away. Downstairs, RV’s family discusses how Purvi narrowly escaped grave danger. Harman encourages his parents to rest, and RV reassures Dada Ji that Purvi is fine and resting. Dada Ji praises Maata Rani for saving her. Harman credits RV for bringing Purvi back from the brink of death, saying she’s lucky to have him as her husband. Dada Ji praises RV and Purvi’s relationship, making Monisha feel insecure.
Meanwhile, Mathew’s accomplice reassures him that the police won’t catch them. Mathew, frustrated, wonders how Purvi survived and vows to kill her to ensure his victory. His man suggests waiting, but Mathew dismisses the advice.
Later, the nurse comes downstairs, and RV and Diya offer to take care of Purvi. Monisha asks RV if he has discovered who was behind the attack on Purvi. RV says he hasn’t found out yet. Just then, Yug arrives, revealing that Neha’s boyfriend, Sahil, orchestrated the attack on Purvi. RV confronts Neha, expressing the pain he endured seeing Purvi in danger and vowing to make Sahil experience the same. He demands that Neha disclose Sahil’s whereabouts, but she claims not to know, explaining they broke up. RV accuses her of lying and warns that he won’t spare her if he finds out she’s involved with Sahil. Monisha intervenes, suggesting it would be wise to seek police assistance, but RV dismisses this, asserting the police can’t help. He threatens Neha, promising he won’t spare anyone who hurt Purvi.
Diya later tells Purvi about RV’s efforts to save her, calling RV her protector and crediting him for her survival.
