Episode begins with Megha gets happy seeing Arjun in her room. She tells him she thought he was dead. She asks him how he escaped and how he is. Arjun tells Megha she is on the hospital bed, not him. He goes out. He calls the police inspector and scolds for weak security. He also scolds constables. He tells them Manoj won’t give them another chance and nothing should happen to Megha. He goes inside and tells Megha he is not understanding why they are taking this huge risk. He asks him what if Manoj comes there. She tells him she has confidence in the Khadoos officer. He asks her, Don’t she trust this Khadoos officer more than enough?
She reminds him he gave her confidence when she was inside the freezer. She says she promised Nupur that she wouldn’t spare Manoj. She tells him Nupur parents are waiting for Nupur and cries. And says it’s their last chance to catch Manoj. She adds, Let Manoj think Arjun is dead and let Manoj come to kill her. He praises her. He asks her whether she will beat him if he hugs her. She laughs. He hugs her and wipes his tears. He tells her she is Sherni. She tells him to be alert because Manoj may come anytime. He leaves from there.
Manoj enters the hospital wearing burqa. The police inspector tells Arjun that they could not identify burqa women only. He shows the CCTV footage to Arjun. Arjun sees a burqa woman and assumes that’s Manoj. He checks two burqa women. He asks them about the third burqa woman. Those women tell Arjun they saw one more burqa woman entering the hospital.
Manoj press the fire alarm button. Arjun learns there is no fire or smoke in the hospital.
Manoj disguises himself as a wardboy. He attacks Constables and breaks the door of Megha’s room. He asks Megha how his entry is. He taunts her for surviving. He tells her he returned for her, and this time no talks, only action. Megha tries to attack him but fails. He tells her she doesn’t have energy to attack him. He says Arjun is not there to save Megha, so her story is over.
She thinks she has to call Arjun.
She kicks Manoj and runs from there. She hides. He asks her to come out because the film is over. He reveals he killed Nupur in the hospital, and he will kill Megha in the hospital. He says Megha did wrong by coming to that room. She tells him she brought him there to record his confession. She shows the CCTV cameras to him.
Arjun comes there. Manoj gets shocked seeing Arjun there. Arjun taunts Manoj’s plan. He says this is his field and his game. He adds Manoj lost and laughs. Manoj tries to attack Megha, but she gives him an electric shock. Police officers come there and hold Manoj. Arjun hugs Megha and tells her she won. Manoj pushes police officers and tries to attack Arjun. But Megha comes in between Manoj and Arjun to protect Arjun. And she gets injured.
