The episode starts with Diya coming out of her room and noticing Purvi sneaking into her room. Concerned, Diya follows her. Diya enters Purvi’s room and asks if everything is alright. Purvi assures her that everything is fine. Diya notices a sweet in Purvi’s hand and asks if she wanted to eat it. Diya even offers to get more sweets for her, but Purvi declines, saying she will eat the one she has. Purvi eats the sweet in front of Diya and pretends to drink water. Sensing something is off, Diya presses Purvi to tell the truth. However, Purvi doesn’t want to reveal the truth about her fast, so she makes up an excuse and sends Diya away.
Meanwhile, Vikrant tells Deepika to go rest in her room, but she insists on resting where she is.
Jaswanth reminds Vaishali not to do any work today since she is observing the Karwa Chauth fast. Vaishali agrees and asks him to put some food in the fridge, which he does. Vaishali and Deepika discuss how difficult the Karwa Chauth fast is since they can’t even drink water. Deepika advises Monisha to be very careful with the fast, and Monisha agrees.
Harleen also talks to Monisha, saying the fast is tough but they do it for their husbands’ well-being. RV overhears this and feels justified in stopping Purvi from doing the fast. Harleen suggests that Monisha should only observe the fast if she feels up to it. Monisha expresses her commitment to completing the fast, and Harleen supports her.
Later, Yug chats with Diya, mentioning how much he enjoys eating Sargi (pre-dawn meal for the fast) and then going back to sleep. Diya teases him. Vaishali brings Sargi food for Yug, who eats happily while Diya leaves. Vaishali warns Yug to stay away from Diya but notes that he still talks to her. She asks if Diya is doing the Karwa Chauth fast for him. Yug clarifies that Diya would only do the fast if she were married. Vaishali hints that they seem close enough to discuss such matters, but Yug dismisses her and leaves.
Vaishali then suggests to Jaswanth that he arrange a meeting with the girl interested in their son, and Jaswanth agrees.
In the morning, RV wakes Purvi up and gives her medicine. Purvi explains that she hasn’t eaten anything and will take the medicine after eating. RV agrees and goes to get her food, leaving Purvi worried about keeping her fast.
Harleen, Vaishali, Deepika, and Monisha get ready to go to the temple. Monisha tells RV that she’s observing the Karwa Chauth fast for him.
RV brings food to Purvi and asks about her medicine. Purvi lies that she already took it. RV urges her to eat, but she asks him to set the food aside, saying she’ll eat it later. RV then tells Purvi he has decided to stay home and will ask Vikram to cover for him at work, as he’s concerned about her. Purvi tries to convince him to go to the office, but RV insists on staying and leaves.
