The episode starts with the doctor coming out of the operation theatre. Savi asks him about Isha’s condition. The doctor says that the operation is completed, but due to the accident, a clot has formed in her head. He explains that the clot can be treated if Isha regains consciousness; otherwise, there’s a risk of her falling into a coma. Everyone is shocked. The doctor then leaves. Mrunmayi breaks down, and Savi supports her, while Rajat comforts Shantanu.
A nurse hands over Isha’s belongings to Savi, who notices Lucky’s laptop and becomes suspicious. She mentions to Harini that Isha might be upset because of something on Lucky’s laptop. Savi attempts to open it but stops when the police arrive to inquire about Isha’s hit-and-run case. Later, the Thakkar family also arrives at the hospital.
Everyone goes to Isha’s room, where Rajat urges the inspector to catch the culprit as soon as possible. The inspector agrees and leaves with his team. The nurse then asks Isha’s family members to leave the room, allowing only one person to stay with her. Rajat asks Savi to stay, saying they will pray for Isha’s health in the hospital’s temple. The others leave.
Savi asks Isha to wake up. Bhagyashree arrives and tries to provoke Isha with her words, hoping to get a response. The nurse asks Bhagyashree not to make noise, as patients cannot hear her, and tells her to leave. Just as Bhagyashree is about to go, Savi notices Isha’s fingers moving. She stops Bhagyashree and tells her that Isha is responding.
Bhagyashree tells Isha that she will drive Sai and Savi out of the house, continuing to provoke her. Meanwhile, Rajat and the family members pray for Isha’s recovery in the hospital temple. Bhagyashree’s attempt succeeds, and Isha opens her eyes. Savi asks the nurse to call the doctor. When the doctor arrives, he checks Isha and calls it a miracle. Isha tries to say something, so Savi asks if they can remove her oxygen mask, and the doctor agrees. Isha tries to mention Lucky but starts to feel dizzy. The doctor then instructs Savi and the family not to disturb the patient and asks them to leave the ward.
Elsewhere, Sai and Vansh pray for Isha’s recovery. Bhagyashree wonders why Isha mentioned Lucky’s name. She calls Tara, asking if she knows the reason. Tara replies that she doesn’t and suggests Bhagyashree contact Lucky, reminding her that Rajat will not spare him if he’s involved in Isha’s condition. Savi and Rajat ask the doctor about Isha mentioning Lucky’s name. The doctor explains the possible reasons and asks Savi to bring Isha’s medical history file to proceed with further treatment. She agrees to get it from home, and Rajat advises her to be careful.

Precap – The police are about to arrest Lucky in connection with Isha’s hit-and-run case, but Rajat stops them. Savi tells Rajat that it’s useless to trust him, saying, he is not worth of her trust.
