Episode begins with Nidhi telling Aarohi that she is planning to do karwa chauth for Karan, and let’s see if Karan breaks her fast or not. Aarohi tells Nidhi that there is a time for Karwa Chauth, so let’s not overthink.
In the hospital, the nurse gets surprised to see Karan standing outside Preeta’s room still. She tells Karan to go and sit inside the room but not tell about it to the doctor. Karan says thanks to her and goes inside. He asks Preeta to listen to him carefully. He requests that she come to senses because they have to live their lives with their children.
He tells her everyone is waiting for her, so she has to wake up. He says everything will be fine once she makes sense. And says he knows Preeta can hear him, so she has to wake up for his sake. He cries, holding her hand. He recalls the moments he spent with her. Preeta opens her eyes. Karan gets happy seeing this. Preeta says Karan. Karan goes to bring the doctor. Doctor examines Preeta and says Preeta came to sense due to Karan. Preeta faints. The doctor tells Karan that Preeta is in critical condition still and leaves from there.
The next day, Nidhi tells Shaurya that she heard he was adamant to stay in the hospital. Shaurya tells Nidhi that he did that so no one thinks he is bad. Aarohi says Shaurya is manipulator like Nidhi. Nidhi asks Aarohi when she manipulated anyone. She tells Shaurya that he can do anything except make relationships with Preeta. Rakhi hears this.
Rajveer tells Karan to go home and sleep. But Karan refuses. Rajveer and Palki also stay in the hospital. Dadi convinces them to eat. She sits beside Preeta and cries. Later, Nidhi enters Preeta’s room. Kareena comes there. Karan asks the doctor when Preeta will come to sense. The doctor tells Karan that they are doing their best. Nidhi and Kareena hear this.
Few days later
Rakhi asks Karan to not worry because Preeta will be fine. Karan tells Rakhi that God is not listening to his prayer. Rakhi tells Karan that she has to prepare everything for Karwa Chauth, so she can’t come to the hospital tonight. Karan tells Rakhi that he will keep fast for Preeta this year. Rakhi nods at him.
Later, Shanaya tells Rakhi that tomorrow she wants to keep fast for Shaurya. Rakhi nods. Shaurya tells Shanaya to not keep fast for him. Rakhi tells Shaurya to not say that. Palki tells Rakhi that she wants to keep fast for Rajveer. Rakhi says she is lucky to get Shanaya and Palki. Shaurya leaves from there. Rakhi reveals Karan will keep fast for Preeta. Nidhi gets angry hearing this and leaves from there. Kareena comes there and tells Nidhi to do what she says. Nidhi asks what she should do. Kareena tells Nidhi to support Karan to win his heart. Nidhi agrees. She says she is feeling better. Kareena leaves from there. Nidhi tells Aarohi that if she ruined Karan’s fast, then Preeta may die.
Rajveer tells Palki that she needs not to keep fast for him. Palki tells Rajveer she wants to keep fast for him. She says it’s important for her even if it increases an hour of his lifespan then (the Yaara ve mere yaara song plays in the background).
