The episode starts with the butler giving tea to Pushpa. He tells her that it’s “her business.” Pushpa drinks it and says it’s good. The butler responds that she taught him well. Pushpa, feeling confused, asks if she can have one more cup. The butler says it’s “her business” and gives her another cup.
Meanwhile, Basanti prepares tea and serves it to the family members. After drinking, they comment that it doesn’t taste like her usual tea. Basanti tries to cover it up, saying she learned this style of tea-making in Kanpur. Prathna remarks that it seems like Mummy has partial memory loss since she remembers visiting Kanpur. Basanti pretends to faint to escape the situation, and the family members, worried, take her inside. Dilip advises Rashi not to question Pushpa until she recovers.
Pushpa asks the butler why he takes care of her. He replies that he’s Chandu, but she named him “butler.” He explains that he’s like a brother to her. Just then, Lallan arrives, demanding his money back from the butler. Pushpa says that if she took his money, she’ll return it, and asks why she would owe him anything. Lallan accuses her of stealing his bag and calls her a thief. Pushpa, unable to remember, promises to pay back his money in installments. Lallan demands the full amount within seven days and leaves.
Dilip and Chirag decide to meet Viraj Gaikwad to earn his trust. Dilip tells Chirag they’ll leave to meet Gaikwad after he picks up Pushpa’s medicine. Chirag agrees.
Basanti reflects on how Pushpa used to manage all these responsibilities single-handedly. Juggal spots Basanti (posing as Pushpa) outside Tana Bana, and she thinks she needs to trap him as part of her plan. Juggal takes her to Tana Bana, where the workers greet her. He explains the work to her, and Basanti wonders how to trap him. She also realizes that Pushpa is fortunate to be surrounded by people who love her.
Meanwhile, Dilip asks the shopkeeper for the medicine prescribed by the doctor. Guru Bhasin is in the background, preparing to shoot Dilip. The shopkeeper asks Dilip who the medicine is for, and he replies it’s for Pushpa. Surprised, Guru Bhasin decides to investigate if Pushpa is actually alive.
Later, Dilip and Chirag meet Gaikwad. Dilip asks Gaikwad if he wants Gautham Lalwani’s land. Gaikwad confirms that he does. Dilip asks what they’ll receive in return, and Gaikwad promises to give them what they want. Dilip then shows photos of Lalwani with his girlfriend, explaining that Lalwani, who fears his wife, will likely give up the land to avoid trouble. Dilip tells Gaikwad to call him if he agrees to the deal.
Guru Bhasin calls Dilip and asks if the police have found Pushpa’s body. Dilip says they haven’t and warns Guru Bhasin to be cautious before ending the call. Basanti then calls Viren and confronts him for abandoning her in a difficult situation. Viren says they’ll talk only when necessary, as prolonging the conversation would risk exposing them. He ends the call. Juggal arrives and asks what she’s doing there. She quickly drops her phone, claiming she was talking to customer service. Juggal assures her that she can come to him with any questions and promises honest answers. He holds her hand just as he receives a call. Basanti notes that Juggal seems kinder than his brother Viren. After the call, Juggal takes Pushpa inside.
Shekar watches Pushpa as she sleeps, reflecting on his memories with her. He leaves some money near the butler and leaves.
The next day, Rashi packs some bags and tells Basanti to hand them to the person who’s come to collect them. Basanti reflects on how Pushpa used to handle all this work so seamlessly. She tells them she’ll be outside for a while, and they agree. Outside, Basanti meets Hasmukh, who greets her and pretends they are best friends. Just then, Bapodhara steps onto the balcony. Hasmukh tells Basanti that Bapodhara is not a good person and tries to convince her that Mahindra, Shobha, and Ashwari aren’t trustworthy either. Basanti refuses to believe him and scolds him. Bapodhara and Pushpa’s family members notice Hasmukh and Pushpa talking. Guru Bhasin, in disguise, enters the colony and, upon seeing Basanti, wonders how Pushpa could still be alive.

Precap: Basanti scolds Viren for withholding critical information about Pushpa, saying she nearly got caught. Viren instructs her to complete his task soon and demands the Tana Bana workers’ shop papers.
