The episode starts with Adrija deciding to leave when Meghla arrives there. Chandan questions her so Adrija defends herself. He then questions Meghla for coming late for breakfast. Meghla explains that she is busy cleaning the room. Mahua scolds Meghla. Adrija also rebukes Meghla for touching her things. Meghla explains herself. Mahua stops Adrija from speaking further. Chandan asks Adrija whether she has taken her documents or not. Adrija mocks his concern, saying she needs this job to live a respectful life so he doesn’t have to worry about her. She then proceeds to leave but gets stopped when Meghla’s phone rings. Meghla cuts Ranbir’s call when she receives it. Chandan questions her. Meghla lies to him. Adrija taunts her, saying that she may be receiving a call from her in-laws, and then she leaves from there. Meghla gets tensed.
In Bajwa’s house, Zoravar insults Meher in front of everyone. Meher takes a firm stand for herself, reminding him about her passion. She also expresses her gratitude that Ranbir has fallen for a girl who is a very good singer. Zoravar says that he belongs to a sophisticated family. Harman and Simran intervene to diffuse the situation, but Meher refuses to leave. She questions Zoravar for marrying her even after knowing her background. Zoravar insults Meher’s parents. Meher gets furious, so she warns Zoravar not to say a single word against her parents. She also reminds him about his request to her father to marry when her father refuses. Zoravar badly criticises Meher, saying he has made a mistake. Meher gets hurt. She says that she has no interest in attending his parties when Zoravar says that he is ashamed to take her to his parties. Zoravar laughs and says that she doesn’t deserve to attend such parties. Ranbir’s cousin’s gets worried.
Here, Mahua gives responsibilities to Meghla before leaving for work. She finds Meghla distracted, so she says that her in-laws won’t adjust to her this behaviour, and then she leaves from there. Chandan informs Meghla about his decision to stay at home to complete work. Meghla agrees to give him tea every half an hour as Chandan’s wish. Chandan goes inside. Meghla wonders why Ranbir is repeatedly calling her even after she has insulted him the previous night.
Back at Bajwa’s house, Zoravar continues his insult towards Meher. Param requests Zoravar not to insult Meher. Zoravar ends up insulting him, too. Param gets hurt. Meanwhile, Meghla answers Ranbir’s call, and she questions him for continuously calling her. Ranbir requests her to meet him in the park, which is near her house for one last time. Meghla gets worried and asks Ranbir what she will say to her parents. Ranbir pleads her, but Meghla cuts the call. Mahua arrives and questions Meghla. Meghla lies to her about speaking with her musical class friend. Mahua gets convinced, and then she leaves. Meghla gets upset with herself for lying Mahua. She also blames Ranbir for putting her in such a situation.
There, Zoravar insults Param for his passion for painting. He also says if it’s not him, then no one could give him a job. Meher gets hurt, too, so she asks Param to leave the house. Simran takes a stand for Param. Param agrees to leave the house shocking Harman and Ranbir. Meanwhile, Meghla goes to the park to meet Ranbir. Ranbir gets mesmerised seeing her.
