The episode begins with Megha sitting on the tea stall and drinking tea. She sees a father and a daughter eating and smiles. She recalls the moments she spent with Surendar and cries (the Kal Ho Naa Ho song plays in the background). She notices Shagun is calling her and picks up the call. Shagun asks Megha whether Surendar is fine. Megha tells Shagun that she has to take Surendar to an oncologist. Shagun asks Megha to tell if the latter needs any help then. She says family members should stay together in these kinds of situations. She tells Megha to come home because she is worried about the latter. Megha agrees and disconnects the call.
Arjun sees Megha. Megha also sees Arjun. Arjun thanks Shagun for talking to Megha. He gets in the car. Megha also gets in the car. They reach home. Megha struggles to walk. Arjun gets worried seeing this. He forwards his hand, but she denies holding his hand. ( The Moh Moh Ke Dhaage song plays in the background. ). She is about to fall down, but he holds her. They share an eyelock. He goes inside. She sees Mandeep wearing the outfit that the mysterious dancer was wearing while dancing. She goes to Mandeep and asks about the outfit. Mandeep tells Megha that it’s Shagun’s outfit. Megha asks Mandeep whether Shagun had jewels with this outfit. Mandeep says she kept those jewels in her room. She adds she is getting late and leaves from there.
Shagun comes there and asks what happened to Megha. Megha lies to Shagun that she twisted her leg. Shagun notices scratches on Megha’s hand and asks Megha to tell the truth. Megha tells Shagun that she is fine. Shagun asks Megha whether Arjun attacked the latter. Megha tells Shagun that Arjun won’t do anything like that ever. She asks how Shagun can suspect Arjun. Shagun gets relieved hearing this.
Megha goes to Mandeep’s room and finds the jewels. She realizes the mysterious dancer was wearing these jewels. She also finds a cropped photo and wonders who the boy is.
The next day, Navjot wishes happy birthday to Sikandar. Then KP wishes happy birthday to Sikandar. Sikandar says he is nothing without KP. Mandeep tells Sikandar that they should arrange everything for the party. She takes him with her. Navjot tells KP that the dancer should not come out today. KP tells her he will try his best.
Megha gets ready. Arjun comes there and asks Megha to not show her anger on the ointment. She asks him to not worry about her. He calls Surendar and tells the latter what Megha did. She snatches the phone from him and tells Surendar that Arjun is lying. She realizes Arjun did not call Surendar. He tells her Surendar will be hurt if Surendar saw Megha’s injury then. He applies ointment on her injury (the Moh Moh Ke Dhaage song plays in the background).
