The episode starts with Mangal preparing carriages with good messages. Worker Balu calls Sowmya and informs her that she is not coming. Sowmya grows worried. Adit asks Sowmya if she has prepared the presentation for his meeting. Sowmya says she couldn’t due to housework. Adit comments on her inability and asks her to come to his cabin so they can have lunch. Sowmya suggests ordering from outside. Adit says she always orders food from outside and praises Mangal for being the best cook. He leaves after that.
Sowmya notices Isha opening her lunch box, which looks delicious. She asks Isha if her mom made it, as it looks like food from home. Isha replies that a great home cook entered her life and solved her food problem. Sowmya decides to order food from the same catering service, hoping to make Adit forget about Mangal without realizing that Mangal is the cook.
Karthik tells Gayatri that he plans to inform Lakshmi about his relationship with Jia. Gayatri advises him not to stress Lakshmi by revealing it. She tells him the Jia chapter will close after this project, so he shouldn’t feel like he’s betraying Lakshmi, and he should focus on his future. Karthik agrees.
Mangal asks Kusum to taste the food. Kusum tastes it, kisses Mangal’s hand, and praises the food. She tells Mangal that she will soon get more orders. Mangal feels happy as Kusum says she will be a champion in her own way and no one can stop her. Kusum blesses her. Mangal feels joyful.
Sowmya asks Isha to order one more tiffin for her, and Isha agrees. She calls Mangal and praises her food, asking if she received payment. Mangal checks the message and confirms she has received it. Isha requests Mangal to send another parcel to her colleague. Just then, Akshat arrives and asks for food. Mangal happily agrees and even dances in excitement.
Kusum notices many parcels arriving. Sowmya and Adit come home, and Kusum tells Sowmya that the parcels are arriving at different times and causing disturbances. She asks Adit to talk to Sowmya about it. Adit refuses, saying he’s tired and leaves. Sowmya tries on dresses, and Adit comes to ask why his savings are exhausted. Sowmya explains they were house expenses. Adit shows her the bills for jewelry and dresses in his statement. Sowmya says it’s her therapy for managing stress. Adit looks disappointed.
A vendor informs Mangal that the payal (anklet) she likes is in stock. Mangal refuses to take it, saying she’ll buy it later. The vendor leaves. Adit asks Sowmya to return the one lakh rupees he gave her. Sowmya says she spent it. Adit asks how she plans to pay the EMIs. Sowmya says she can’t change his lifestyle. Kusum asks Mangal why she didn’t take the anklet she likes. Mangal says she bought something more important for the house. She shows Kusum a sugar machine she bought for the family. Adit comes in, and Kusum praises Mangal, saying Adit’s bad luck is losing her.
Later, Adit enters his room to find Sowmya surrounded by candles. Sowmya says she bought these things to make him happy and asks if he likes her surprise. Adit turns on the lights and questions what she’s doing. He asks what will happen if someone sees them. Sowmya insists no one will notice, as everyone is busy. Adit comments that Sowmya spends money recklessly, while Mangal is more careful. Sowmya gets upset by the comparison and leaves angrily.
Ishana shows Lakshmi that Mangal is working happily in the kitchen. Ishana later tells Lakshmi over a video call that Mangal looks happy for the first time in days but really works hard. Lakshmi suggests an idea to Ishana and asks her to implement it. Ishana agrees.
Sowmya brings the dresses she bought and asks Adit to burn them since he has a problem with her spending. Adit asks her what she’s doing. Sowmya accuses Adit of turning against her because of Mangal and urges him to open his eyes. Adit tells her to stop her nonsense and goes to sleep.
Ishana brings neem water for Mangal and asks her to dip her hands in it so they become soft. Ishana then leaves to work on her biology project. Mangal hears something break and sees a vase on the floor. As she cleans it up, Sowmya enters the kitchen and pours hot water into the neem water, intending to burn Mangal’s hands. Sowmya accidentally drops her earrings into the water without noticing and leaves.
