The episode starts with Prathna serving tea to everyone. Basanti recalls Viren’s strategy and decides to pretend she has regained her memory. She tells the family members that she remembers everything, making everyone happy. Dilip suggests taking Pushpa to a neurologist, and Ashwin agrees to take her. Basanti then inquires about the Ashwari situation.
In the chawl, everyone is discussing Ashwari’s pregnancy. Saran overhears the conversations. Meanwhile, Deepti informs Ashwin that Ashwari’s pregnancy occurred due to an accidental IUF procedure and that Ashwari is not at fault. Ashwin acknowledges they need to control the damage caused by the situation.
Rashi returns home and happily hugs Basanti, expressing her joy that Basanti has regained her memory. She shares that she visited Basanti’s tea stall and enjoyed the Chai Thali, which she found amazing. Basanti, however, is confused, as she has no knowledge of the tea stall.
Elsewhere, Radha advises Saran to maintain his distance from Ashwari until the matter is resolved, fearing that it might escalate further. Saran disagrees, insisting that Ashwari is his friend and he will support her.
The police return Rashi’s stolen camera to Pushpa. Shekar also visits and informs Pushpa that Ayaan is doing well now. He tells Pushpa that he is leaving for Mumbai and asks her to take care of Ayaan and Gauri in his absence. Pushpa agrees and asks Shekar to deliver the camera to Rashi. She also requests him to meet Tiwari to discuss the Patoda business and convey that she wants to sell it.
Ashwin and Deepti visit the hospital to demand an explanation letter to clear Ashwari’s name. Meanwhile, Shoba confronts Ashwari, demanding to know whose baby she is carrying. Saran steps in, falsely claiming it’s his child. Ashwari slaps Saran for lying, and Shoba accuses Ashwari of dishonesty. Frustrated, Ashwari leaves.
Basanti witnesses Saran following Ashwari and recalls advising him to claim the child as his to help Ashwari. Pushpa then calls Rashi to inform her that Shekar is bringing her stolen camera. Rashi thanks her.
Ashwari scolds Saran for his interference. Saran reveals that Pushpa suggested he take this step. Deepti overhears their conversation. Ashwari laments that everything wrong seems to be happening to her. When Saran asks what she means, Deepti explains how Ashwari was mistakenly treated with IUF and that she has proof from the hospital. Saran realizes he made things worse by trusting Pushpa’s advice and apologizes to Ashwari. Deepti further reveals that Ashwari is not pregnant and that the earlier tests were false due to a chemical reaction. Radha overhears this revelation. Ashwari warns Saran to stay away from her and questions why Pushpa gave him such advice.
Later, Chirag shows Rashi and Prathna the bike he likes, while Bapodhara and Susheela present the jewelry they made for Ganpati Bappa. Basanti secretly decides to steal the jewelry. Bapodhara instructs Prathna to place the jewelry in the locker, but Prathna says she’ll do it the next day.
Deepti brings Ashwari home, stating that she will stay with them for a few days. Deepti informs everyone that Ashwari is not pregnant and explains the misunderstandings, including how Saran worsened the situation. Susheela assures Ashwari that she will speak to Shoba and clear things up. Prathna places the jewelry in her cupboard, and Basanti smirks as she watches.
Shekar arrives at the chawl to return Rashi’s camera. He is shocked to see Basanti there, and Basanti is equally startled to see him. Dilip intervenes and asks Shekar who he is. Shekar explains that he has brought the camera Rashi lost in Kanpur. He also recalls Pushpa’s request to approach Juggal and discuss starting the Patoda business in Kanpur.
