The episode starts with Jaya getting treated and doctor asks for blood to be arranged. Kaveri blames Rannvijay for killing Jaya. Vasundhara stops Vaiju from coming with them to hospital. She strictly demands Vaiju to stay in the house unless they return from hospital. Ragini tells Vaiju that she will try to do something. Rannvijay and Vaiju both cry vigorously thinking of Jaya’s condition and pray for her. Jo bhaji thi Dua plays in the background as Jaya’s condition keeps deteriorating. Vaiju slaps herself blaming ownself for everything that’s happening.
Vaiju mentally apologises to Vasundhara for going against her words and leaves to go for hospital. Kaveri tells all the family members to go back home and taunts them for not supporting Jaya when she needed them. Sulekha tells Kaveri that everything has happened because of her family ie Vaiju. She says if Vaiju did not apply vermillion all this would not have happened. Doctor informs Rannvijay that Jaya’s blood group is O negative which is not available in hospital or anywhere near-by so if any family members have same blood group they should donate it.
Vaiju reaches hospital and Kaveri angrily slaps her. She asks her to leave as she is responsibile for Jaya’s condition. Rannvijay comes and asks about blood group. Vaiju has same blood group but Kaveri denies letting her donate blood for Jaya. But Vaiju objects her and says she needs to save Jaya’s life so will donate the blood and goes to do the same. Ragini sits beside Vaiju as she donates blood. Vaiju tells that she wants to talk to Jaya. Ragini says she knows family members will not let her go near Jaya. Jaya finally gains consciousness and opens her eyes.
Ragini tells Rannvijay not to blame himself. She says how everyone is with Jaya but no one is with Vaiju. She has donated lot of blood and is feeling too weak. However Rannvijay says that it’s more important for him to be with Jaya. Rannvijay stops at hospital door and questions if it’s fine for him to enter inside. Vaiju cries and prays for Jaya’s well being. All the family members leave only Rannvijay is left inside with Jaya. He says her that she has no right to hurt herself like this. She questions if only he can hurt her. Nurse asks Rannvijay to let Jaya rest.
Rannvijay comes to meet Vaiju and he asks her if she did not eat anything after donating blood. He says it’s necessary to eat after donating blood. Vaiju says she need to Jhumri Patan for few days. Rannvijay gets annoyed and says why she is informing him all this. Vaiju talks to him rudely and says him not to worry for her. Jaya tells everyone to take rest and go back home. Rao Saheb informs Jaya how Vaiju donated her blood for saving Jaya. The episode ends with Jaya thinking of his words and says why Vaiju saved her.
