The episode starts with Ranbir telling Adrija that he is going to Meghla. Adrija gets shocked. She questions Ranbir. Ranbir tells her she is also worried about Meghla, so he will give her live updates. Adrija tries to change Ranbir’s mind, but Ranbir refuses to change it, and then he leaves for the hospital. Adrija says to herself Meghla is gaining everyone’s sympathy, but the latter will never be able to come out of her trap.
Ranbir reaches the hospital. The nurse updates him about Meghla’s health improvement. She also allows him to stay with Meghla, and then she leaves. Ranbir removes Meghla’s hair from her face, which wakes up the latter. She gets shocked seeing Ranbir. Ranbir asks Meghla about her health. She tells him that she is feeling better. She then asks him the reason behind visiting her at this late hour. Ranbir tells her that he will leave if she isn’t comfortable. Meghla denies it. She then says that she feels Ranbir’s presence isn’t necessary. Ranbir asks Meghla if she knows everything. Then he tells her the three most important people in her life are with her. Meghla gets shocked. Ranbir tells her it’s Chandan and Anurag, who is important to her. Meghla asks him about the third person to which Ranbir asks her to tell her. Meghla gets upset with Ranbir for putting her in such a situation. Ranbir points out Meghla is not answering his question. He then recalls Adrija’s information, so he says to Meghla if she thinks that he is important and why she isn’t telling him instead of giving him multiple missed calls. Meghla expresses her frustration with Ranbir. She then coughs Ranbir so the latter takes care of her.
Meghla says she is fine to Ranbir when he asks her. He then apologises to her for disturbing her. He thinks that Meghla’s boyfriend put her in such a situation that such a person is important to her. Meghla insists Ranbir return home, saying he doesn’t have to worry about her unnecessarily. Ranbir gets offended, so he tells her that whatever he is doing is on a humanity basis. Meghla tells him that she is aware of it. Also, she says if Ranbir treats her in such a way, then she will think that he cares for her. Ranbir says that he is no one for her. Meghla gets hurt. Ranbir demands a promise from Meghla not to hurt herself again. Meghla asks him whether he received her message through Chandan. Ranbir says Chandan didn’t tell him anything. He also encourages Meghla to tell him whatever she wants to. Meghla tells him it’s not her who gave him those missed calls. Ranbir apologises to her for hurting her. He also tells her that she has the right to call him at any time. Meghla gets teary-eyed.
Ranbir learns Meghla was with Chandan the time he received missed calls from her phone. So he asked her where was Adrija at that time. Meghla gets tensed. She tells him that she isn’t complaining to him about anyone. Also, she gives him some excuses about Adrija’s whereabouts. Ranbir tells her he is here to get her health’s update. Just then, Adrija calls him, and she inquires with him when he returns home. He refuses to answer her, but he says Meghla is doing better and then cuts the call. Adrija gets furious at Meghla, but she says that she won’t give up at all.
Meghla gets upset with Ranbir for upsetting Adrija. Ranbir advises her to take rest. He then decides to leave. Both Meghla and Ranbir hide their emotions from each other. Later, Adrija gets relieved seeing Ranbir returning home. She puts up an act in front of him, but Ranbir questions her about the missed calls he has received from Meghla’s phone. Adrija gets shocked and speechless. She thinks in her mind that she won’t let Ranbir learn about her truth at any cost.
Precap: Adrija manipulates Ranbir the reason behind Anurag being in the hospital. Later, Ranbir inquires Chandan about Anurag’s whereabouts, who informs him that Anurag went to meet his student. Ranbir wonders whether this is the same student who has control over Meghla’s life.
