The episode starts with Mohit telling Neil that he doesn’t know how he will ever repay this debt of gratitude. Neil asks Mohit not to speak like that and makes a lighthearted comment. Mohit then leaves.
Teju thanks Neil for saving her and says she has no idea how to express her gratitude. Neil asks Teju to smile for him, saying that would be enough. Just then, a dandelion flower falls on both Teju and Mohit’s shoulders. A waiter tells another waiter that, according to a saying in their region, if a dandelion flower falls on someone’s shoulder, they will get married soon. Later, the waiter gifts Neil and Teju a statue of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Neil asks Teju to keep the statue, and she agrees.
Suddenly, while talking, Mohit clutches his chest in pain. His family becomes worried. Teju asks Neil to go and get a doctor. Neil tells Mohit to rest and assures everyone that he will return with a doctor before leaving.
As Mohit lies in bed, he begins to feel suffocated. Just then, Neil arrives and examines him using a stethoscope. Teju is shocked and asks Neil what he is doing, reminding him that he is not a doctor. Neil calmly tells Mohit to take a medicine, assuring him that he will feel better. However, Teju and Mukta try to stop him from giving the medicine. Neil sternly insists that Mohit needs it. After taking the medicine, Mohit starts feeling better.
Teju argues with Neil for giving Mohit the medicine, warning him that she won’t forgive him if anything happens to Mohit. She then asks Mohit if he is alright.
Neil writes a prescription for Mohit. Teju notices the paper and, before tearing it, sees the name written on it: Neil Pradhan, MD. She is stunned and asks Neil if he is a doctor. Neil confirms it. Teju, feeling betrayed, asks him why he lied to her. Neil clarifies that he never lied—she simply assumed he was a driver.
Mohit thanks Neil for his help, and Mukta and Vedant also express their gratitude. Neil then leaves.
Meanwhile, Aditi wakes up from a nightmare, startled. Juhi and Prajakta rush to her and ask what happened. Aditi, still shaken, explains her bad dream. Lakshmi dismisses her concerns and tells her to go back to sleep. However, Aditi insists on calling Mohit to make sure he is alright.
Aditi calls Mohit. Mukta and Teju, noticing the late-night call, ask Mohit who is calling him at this hour. Seeing Aditi’s name on the screen, Mohit looks worried.

Precap: Teju prays to God, hoping that Rituraj will love her as much as she loves him. Just then, she receives a call informing her that her father is in the hospital. Teju immediately calls Rituraj, but he dismisses her, saying it’s time for his concert, and hangs up.
Later, at the hospital, Mohit makes a shocking request—he asks Neil to marry Teju, saying it is his last wish. Teju is left stunned.
