The episode begins with Shashank telling Neel that he lied to Gangadhar that he booked a hotel for them. He asks why Neel did not want his parents to know the truth. Neel says his parents are angry at him now, so they won’t accept his money. He thank Shashank and disconnects the call.
Kanchan recalls how Neel said he read the letter. She sees Riddhi eating. She wonders whether Neel told Riddhi about the letter or not. She thinks Riddhi is normal, so Neel would not have told anything. Simran tells Riddhi that Neel called the latter. Kanchan tells Riddhi to eat. She says she will go to Neel because she ate. She goes to Neel and asks him what he wants to say to Riddhi. Neel tells Kanchan that he wants to tell something important to Riddhi, and he won’t tell about it to Kanchan. Kanchan says she knows what Neel wants to tell Riddhi, and she holds Neel’s collar.
Riddhi and Parameswari come there and see this. Riddhi asks what’s happening there. Neel tells Riddhi that he said he wanted to tell something to Riddhi, but Kanchan stopped him. Riddhi asks him what he wants to say. Neel tells her he wants to tell her alone. Kanchan tells him he has to tell her in front of her. Riddhi asks Neel to tell the matter right now. Neel tells Riddhi that she should know this matter. He shows his chest to her, which has marks. He says Riddhi is responsible for this. Parameswari smiles hearing this. Kamlesh says it’s more than a love bite.

Riddhi accepts she is responsible for this. Parameswari tells others to leave the couple alone. Everyone leaves from there except Riddhi and Neel.
Riddhi asks Nee who did all this. Neel asks her whether she is jealous. She tells him he can’t do this for six months. He reveals he created marks using a bottle. He tells her he did this to prove to everyone they love each other. She smiles. He tells her she smiled the first time. She warns him not to do any stupidity and leaves for the office.
Kanchan asks Neel whether he is playing mind games with her. Neel tells her she is right. She tells him he doesn’t know anything about Pramod. She shows the gift that Pramod sent. She reveals Pramod snatched these earrings from Riddhi in her childhood. She says Pramod wants Riddhi to remember that painful past. She adds she wants to protect Riddhi from pain and cries. He gets shocked hearing this. She tells him Riddhi’s childhood past is filled with pain and sorrow. She says Pramod was a devil, and he left them. She reveals Riddhi gets panic attacks remembering the past. She adds Riddhi can’t learn about Pramod. He gives water to her and asks her to calm down. He tells her he understands her pain. He promises to never trouble her.
