The episode starts with Chirag taking ladoo.
Chirag discusses with his colleagues about the operation . Suddenly a mob enters the hospital in anger and starts breaking the hospital. Chirag tries to stop the mob but Mishka drags her away.
Deepika and the nurse have lunch together and Deepika sees the news. Deepika learns from the news channel that Chirag is in trouble and Lavanya is also shocked to hear this news. Omkar tries to call Chirag but his phone is not reachable.
Mishka tells Chirag that he has given less dose to the patient and the video has been leaked in the media. Mishka tries to divert Chirag’s mind from Ladoo. Chirag has been called from the board of members for an urgent meeting.
Deepika comes to meet the parents of the boy whose life is in danger. The parents are angry with Chirag and they want to file a case. Deepika tells the parents that Chirag has saved his son’s life. The parents ask Deepika about herself. Corporator Shah Alam comes to meet the victim’s parents and he introduces Deepika to the victim’s parents. Shah Alam tries to convince the parents to talk to Deepika because Minister Sisodia has sent him to get the information about her son. Deepika tells the victim’s mother that Chirag is a human being and the mistake could happen. Mishka gets angry to see Deepika convincing Vishal’s parents and she decides to take the credit.
Chirag has been suspended without the payment and they will suspend the licence if they find any further information against him. Shah Alam tells Deepika to join them in the meeting but Deepika refuses to go and Mishka enters to take the credit.
Vishal tells the members that he doesn’t want to file the case on Dr Chirag. The board removes the suspension on Chirag and Mishka takes the credit. Mishka suggests Chirag to take leave and she tells him that he will not manage Ladoo.
Lavanya decides to visit an orphanage home to distribute gifts with her family. Ashu misses Deepika and they don’t want to celebrate Christmas alone. Saloni tells Ashu that she will become Santa and she will go to meet Deepika. Chirag tells everyone that no one will go anywhere and he will take the ladoo to the orphanage home because he will not keep Ladoo. Lavanya gets upset when Chirag tells Neelima and Ashu to check the orphanage home. Chirag tells his family members to support him. Ashu tells Chirag that they can do anything for him but he asks him to think first. Chirag blames himself for the mistake he made in the hospital and that’s why he decides to send ladoo to the orphan home. The family breaks down emotionally because they don’t want to see Ladoo to stay in an orphanage house. Lavanya tells Omkar that Thakur ji is responsible for everything and she asks him to fix everything.
Chirag brings Ladoo and he is ready to take her to the orphanage house.
Omkar is angry with Chirag’s decision but Lavanya feels that someone is influencing Chirag’s mind. Ashu and Neelima share the information of the orphanage home and he leaves the hands of ladoo to talk. Chirag asks Neelima to get the proper information about the orphanage home. The jhoomar is about to fall on Chirag but Ladoo cries and grabs the attention of her. This way Chirag saved himself from an incident and Lavanya tells him that Ladoo has saved him. Chirag takes Ladoo with him and he walks away.
