The episode starts with Chirag taking away Ladoo. Lavanya breaks down and Omkar tries to console her. Lavanya tells Omkar if Chirag takes away the baby then she will lose her trust from Thakur ji and Chirag.
Chirag thinks that Ladoo has saved him.
Deepika thinks that Chirag has still to fix the issue and soon he will realise his mistake. Deepika hopes that Chirag will accept his daughter one day.
Lavanya thinks if Ladoo will go to the orphanage house and they will have to return the baby to Deepika . Ashu and Neelima come back home and they tell Lavanya that Chirag has called them for help. Chirag returns back with Ladoo and he tells Ashu and Neelima to get the paper ready because they will adopt Ladoo .
Lavanya prays to Thakur ji because she is going to keep the name of her granddaughter. Neelima is happy to see the arrangement for the naam Karan ceremony. Lavanya calls Shivani and tells her the auspicious time. Lavanya sent the clothes and bangles for the kunti pujan. Baldev comes to meet Deepika and her daughter for the kunti pujan. Both the babies are getting ready for the puja by their parents. Siddhant calls Deepika and apologises to her for not attending the kunti pujan. The kunti pujan started and Lavanya wore the silver to her granddaughter. Shivani does the rituals for Deepika and her daughter. Deepika thanks Shivani for helping her.
Lavanya comes to the temple with the child and her family. Lavanya tells Pandit ji to start the puja. Both the babies start crying and they decide to take the baby inside the temple. Chirag and Deepika see each other in the temple but Mishka diverts Chirag’s minds and takes him inside the temple. Ashu and Neelima get angry to see Mishka. Deepika keeps the name of her baby Chandni. Deepika’s baby starts crying and Shivani takes her outside. Chirag hears the cries of the baby and he goes outside to see the baby. Chirag takes the baby from Shivani’s hand and plays with her. The baby stops crying and Lavanya is happy to see Chirag giving blessings to Deepika’s child. Chirag keeps the name Ragini. Lavanya calls Shivani and gives her more money to take care of Deepika and her child. Deepika sees Lavanya paying money to Shivani. Deepika is hurt with Shivani’s lie to her. Shivani tells Deepika to seek out her parents and she will give the explanation to her later. Omkar tries to justify Deepika but she refuses to take the money. Lavanya tells Deepika that she wanted their granddaughter to stay healthy and she led a happy life. Deepika tells the name of her daughter to Omkar and Lavanya. Chirag watches his parents paying money to Deepika and he gets angry to see Deepika taking money. Chirag starts accusing Deepika and starts giving allegations. Omkar gets angry with Chirag. Deepika tells Chirag that he will realise his mistake one day. Omkar tells Chirag that Deepika will go home with them and his decision is final.
