The episode begins with SKH telling the college authorities that Durga should also be punished if her allegations are proven false. Durga firmly states that she is ready to accept any punishment if found wrong. The college authorities then tell Durga that she needs to prove that Akash misbehaved with her. Durga replies that she does not have any proof at the moment but will provide it when she finds it. The college authorities ask Akash to apologize to Durga, but Akash refuses, saying he has done nothing wrong and sees no reason to apologize. Durga responds to his defiance and warns that if she does not get justice here, she will approach the media. SKH angrily tells Durga not to dare do such a thing. However, Durga firmly reminds SKH that freedom of speech is her right, and he cannot stop her. Saying this, Durga leaves the room.
Meanwhile, at home, Savitri and the other women decide on gifts for Anurag’s fiancée. Savitri shows the gifts she plans to present to Suhani when she visits their house the next day. Panibai notices Durga hasn’t returned home yet and starts wondering why she is late. Bhavya comments on the situation.
Durga eventually returns home, and Panibai asks her the reason for being late. Durga explains that the bus stop is far from the college, and she also has to walk a considerable distance to reach home. Panibai then asks if she met Suhani at the college. Durga decides not to speak ill about Suhani and says she did run into her and mentions that Suhani speaks nicely. Indira, curious, asks Durga how Suhani looks. Durga replies that Suhani is beautiful.
Panibai tells Durga not to attend college the next day as there is a lot of household work. However, Durga insists that she cannot miss an important lecture and promises to attend to as much work as possible before leaving. Aarthi tries to convince Durga to stay, saying her presence would be helpful, but Durga remains firm in her decision.
The next day at college, Suhani confronts Durga and taunts her, saying she has heard that Durga works as a maid in Anurag’s family. Suhani’s words sting, but Durga responds with a sharp comment of her own.
