The episode starts with Ranbir and Meghla staring at each other after dinner. Meghla refuses to make eye contact with him. Ranbir, thanks her also he says that he liked the cooked food. Meghla gets worried, which Ranbir notices it. So he tries to assure her not to worry. Meghla lies to Ranbir. Ranbir tells her that she has secrets. Meghla gets confused, so she questions Ranbir. She also says they aren’t that close with each other. Ranbir gets hurt. But he says Meghla is right, and then he says it’s a meaningful conversation. He then requests Meghla about Anurag’s address. Meghla asks him the reason behind it. Ranbir asks her not to worry. Meghla says she isn’t scared. Ranbir tells Meghla that he decides to invite Anurag for a wedding, so Meghla shares with him Anurag’s address. Adrija arrives there. She deliberately interferes, so Ranbir tells her that he is waiting for her. Meghla looks away.
Adrija informs her parents that Ranbir is leaving home. So they both come out of the kitchen. Ranbir apologises to them for troubling, but Mahua denies it. She then insists that Ranbir stay at their house for the night. Ranbir refuses, so Adrija persuades him. But Chandan takes Ranbir’s side and advises Adrija not to force Ranbir. Ranbir clarifies Adrija about his decision not to spend a night with them. Before he leaves, he stares at Meghla and says cooking is an art, so keep improving the skills. Adrija gets confused, so she questions Ranbir for whom he is telling this. Ranbir says the advice is for the one who needs it, then he leaves from there. Chandan and Mahua stare at each other.
Later, Adrija confronts Meghla about her interaction with Ranbir. Meghla tells her that Ranbir praised the dishes. Adrija continuously persuades Meghla to share more information about her conversation with Ranbir. Chandan gets annoyed. So he reminds Adrija it’s him who exposed her lies to Ranbir. So she shouldn’t behave like this towards Meghla. Adrija gets annoyed. Mahua try to calm them both down. Meghla also gets worried.
Adrija ignores Chandan, and she persuades Meghla to share her entire conversation with Ranbir. Meghla informs her that Ranbir asked her Anurag’s address. Adrija gets tensed. Mahua asks Meghla the reason behind it, but Meghla says she doesn’t know. Chandan takes Ranbir’s side. He also rebukes Adrija for lying to Ranbir about the food preparation, which was made by Meghla, but she took that credit. They both get into an argument. Mahua gets upset with Chandan. The latter says to Mahua that they failed to give good values to Adrija. He further warns Mahua to teach good values to Adrija before she gets married or else they will suffer a lot. Adrija pressurises Meghla to lie to Chandan, but Chandan warns Meghla, saying he knows the truth.
The next day, Ranbir faces his family members question for not spending time with them. Ranbir explains to them about his situation. He also advises his family not to force Meghla to perform in his sangeet because she isn’t fully recovered. Both Simran and Harman indirectly advise Ranbir to move on from Meghla as he is getting married to Adrija. Param tells he doesn’t think Meghla is a shrewd person. Ranbir tells them that he has no interest to discuss about this topic. So Meher questions Ranbir where he is going? Ranbir tells her that he is going to Anurag’s house to confront him about his earlier conversation with him. Meher and Arjun get worried. Meher’s outburst confuses Ranbir and his cousin’s.
Precap: Ranbir confronts Anurag for fixing Meghla’s marriage with his students. Anurag clarifies that nothing such has happened. Ranbir realises Adrija has lied to him.
