The episode begins with Neel removing his jacket. Riddhi asks him what he is doing. He breaks the balloons and throws the flowers. He asks her to not get shy and come to him. She asks him, What is all this? He tells her they won’t do anything, but if anyone comes near their room, then they should believe the first night is happening in this room. She tells him he should be an actor, not HR. They hear a door-knocking sound. Neel opens the door. The servant gives cake to Neel and leaves from there. Neel tells Riddhi that it seems like Parameswari sent cake for them. Riddhi gets shocked seeing the cake design. She recalls how she celebrated her birthday in her childhood with the same design cake.
In the past, Riddhi’s friend told Riddhi to cut the cake. Riddhi wonders where her parents are. She hears Kanchan screaming. Riddhi’s friends run from there. Riddhi asks Pramod not to beat Kanchan.
In the present, Riddhi gets a panic attack. Neel asks her what happened to her. She asks Pramod not to beat Kanchan. He asks her to calm down. She searches for her medicine and finds it. She is about to take her medicine, but Neel stops her. She tells him she has to take this medicine. He asks her to take it after 5 minutes. She tells him it’s necessary to take this medicine. He asks her to look into his eyes and take a deep breath. Parameswari comes there and sees this from the window. Kanchan asks Parameswari why Riddhi screamed. Parameswari tells Kanchan that Neel is handling Riddhi.
Neel asks Riddhi to stop crying and gives water to her. Riddhi holds his hand. He tells her not to get scared and to relax. He takes her to bed and helps her to fall on the bed. She holds his hand. He sings a lullaby for her. She falls asleep. Kanchan leaves from there angrily. Parameswari wonders who sent the cake to Riddhi.
Kamlesh asks Kanchan why the latter sent Riddhi’s favorite cake to Riddhi. Kanchan says she did this deliberately to ruin the first night. She tells Kamlesh that Neel took advantage of Riddhi’s panic attack. Kamlesh says Kanchan’s plan flopped. She asks Kanchan to not forget Riddhi and Neel are husband and wife. She says one day Neel and Riddhi will become one for sure. Kanchan says she won’t let that happen.
On the other hand, Gangadhar tells Manjari that he brought her favorite fruit. Sumati asks him, Where is Neel? She hallucinates Neel and talks to him. Manjari tells Gangadhar that Sumati is not able to accept Neel left them. Later, the doctor tells Gangadhar that Neel should not come in front of Sumati. He gives a prescription and says soon Sumati will be fine. He leaves from there. Manjari asks whether she should tell about Sumati to Neel. Gangadhar says there’s no need for that.
Neel goes out of the room. Parameswari apologizes to Neel. He tells her the first night is not everything. She tells him she did right by choosing him for Riddhi. He asks her why Riddhi got a panic attack. She tells Kanchan and Pramod’s divorce affected Riddhi. She asks him to never leave Riddhi. He tells her he can’t give a promise.
