The episode starts with Sachin who comes in the house of village doctor for checking up the health of Sayali. But he doesn’t found Daima in her house, instead of her, and olderly person lies on the bed. When Sachin describes the situation, the man ensures he can also check the patient up. Sachin becomes confused but he gets agreed to take this man with him. Through the help of a weird vehicle Sachin brings some man to his house.
Roshni discusses her present fear with her friend. She fears to be exposed about her previous marital life. If the medical examination will prove that she had a first child, her entire life will be destroyed. As soon as Tejas comes into the room she hugs him tightly and says she is not ready for the baby yet. Tejas can’t understand this reasons behind Roshni’s fear and assures he will be with her when the doctor will be checking her health.
Renuka can’t wait for that moment when she will assured about her grandson. Finally Sachin brings the village doctor but seeing his condition, the family members can’t reply upon him. But the doctor promises he can diagnose the issue properly.
Riya and Roshni both are asked to show their palm to the doctor so that he could understand whether they are really pregnant or not. Roshni is petrified to think about the consequences. She can’t understand how she in hide the true facts from others. After checking the health of Riya and Roshani, Dr confirms that both of them are pregnant. Renuka gets5 overexcited after getting this news. But surprisingly doctor confirms that Sayali will be the first mother of this house. This news brings an immense happiness in the mind of Sachin and he starts dancing taking his wife into the lap.
Suddenly Renuka also feels nausea. All doubt whether Renuka is also going to give the birth of a child. This question makes both Paresh and Renuka embarrassed. Sachin and others make fun of Paresh and his wife. Sachin cannot believe that his mother is going to give a birth of another child. But Renuka clearly says she is not pregnant anymore and angrily goes into her room. Sachin even dreams that his mother is giving the birth of another child.
Finally Renuka discovers that she is not pregnant anymore, because of the rotten food, he was feeling unwell. Sachin doubts whether the other three are really pregnant.
