The episode begins with Karishma telling Sarika that Devansh will get a high fever and everyone will think he is dead. Sarika asks what if Devansh really dies. Karishma says nothing like that will happen. She tells Sarika that she will bring an expensive doctor, and Chandrika will think she saved Devansh’s life. She adds Chandrika will be indebted to her, and she will rule the Chauhan house using that.
Sarika goes to Devansh’s room with coconut water. She asks him how he is feeling now. Devansh replies he is feeling better. She tells him she brought coconut water for him. He refuses to drink it. She forces him to drink it. She lies Chandrika prepared this for him. He agrees to drink and drinks it.
After some time, Avinash enters Devansh’s room and sees Devansh sleeping. He tries to wake Devansh up and notices Devansh has a high fever. He calls everyone. Chandrika tells Avinash to bring blankets. She asks Prabhat to call the doctor. She gets worried. Prabhat calls the doctor. He tells Chandrika that no one can reach their house due to the storm and rain.
Chandrika says she wants a doctor as soon as possible because Devansh’s condition is worsening. Prabhat asks her to be confident. Chandrika tells him she is just a mother right now, and she is worried about Devansh. She says, Let’s take Devansh to the hospital. Karishma tells Chandrika that it seems like roads are blocked, so what if they get stuck somewhere while going to the hospital? She says she will call her doctor. She calls her doctor and asks him to come to Chauhan House. The doctor replies to her he can’t come because roads are blocked.
Prabhat asks what the doctor said. Karishma says the doctor will come once the rain stops. Chandrika asks how Devansh got a fever suddenly. Sarika thinks Chandrika will kill her if anything happens to Devansh then. She breaks the coconut water glass. Chandrika says she is feeling helpless.
Prabhat picks up the doctor’s call. The doctor tells Prabhat to seek Vasudha’s help now. Prabhat tells Savitri to bring Vasudha. Sarika asks him why he is calling Vasudha. Prabhat says Vasudha’s Ayurvedic treatment is their last option to save Vasudha now. Savitri runs from there. Sarika thinks their plan backfired.
Vasudha asks Gulki not t get scared and takes Gulki inside. Hanumant asks why it’s suddenly raining. He tells Vasudha that a power cut may happen anytime because it’s a big storm. Vasudha lit the diya. She tells Janki that she is feeling restless.
Savitri goes to the outhouse. She tells Vasudha that Devansh is in critical condition and Prabhat called Vasudha. Vasudha refuses to go to Chauhan’s house. Chandrika comes there and asks Vasudha to come. Vasudha refuses. Chandrika says Devansh needs Vasudha to survive. Vasudha says she will obey Chandrika always. Chandrika orders Vasudha to come to the Chauhan mansion. Vasudha entered Chauhan mansion with Ayurvedic paste. She tells Savitri to bring kada. She goes to Devansh’s room and starts Ayurvedic treatment. She asks whether Devansh ate anything cold.
Sarika asks why they will give cold food to Devansh. Avinash asks Vasudha whether Devansh will be fine. Vasudha says Devansh will be fine, and if she gives kada every 30 minutes, then. Chandrika tells everyone to go except Vasudha.
