The episode begins with Pushpa telling the principal that they must tread carefully as they don’t know how Pankhi’s brothers will react if they find out what happened. Just then, Badshah arrives and questions Pushpa about her presence. He asks the principal about his sister. Pushpa urges the principal to tell him the truth. The principal explains what happened, and Badshah scolds them for not informing him earlier. He demands to know where his sister is. Pushpa reveals that Pankhi is in the hospital, and they all rush there.
At the hospital, Badshah breaks down, holding Pankhi’s hand. Pushpa tries to console him, but Badshah is distraught, saying it’s Pankhi’s birthday, yet she’s in this condition. Pushpa assures him that Pankhi can hear everything and is just unconscious. A nurse brings a cake, and Pushpa encourages Badshah to ask Anokha to recover. Badshah speaks to Anokha, urging her to wake up. Anokha moves her fingers. The doctor checks her and declares she is fine. Anokha regains consciousness and asks Badshah about Badri and Chewing Gum. He assures her they will come soon. Pushpa cuts the cake and feeds everyone. Badshah even feeds Pushpa as a gesture of gratitude.
Meanwhile, Bapodhara thanks the inspector for allowing Badshah to meet his sister. Rashi arrives and thanks the inspector for his help. Susheela offers food that she had prepared. Elsewhere, Deepti shares her concerns about Kavya’s insecurities with Ashwin. He advises her to be cautious.
At Dilip’s house, he invites Bapodhara for coffee. Bapodhara warns him not to forget that he’s the landlord of the chawl. Dilip asks if he can make changes to his room. Bapodhara permits it but warns him not to touch the beams. Dilip mentions that Bapodhara is leading in the election polls. Bapodhara brushes it off and leaves, while Dilip thinks to himself that Bapodhara’s overconfidence will lead to his defeat.
Back at the hospital, Anokha places her hand on Pushpa’s head, thanking her for taking care of her like a mother. Pushpa hugs her. Badshah watches and joins them with tea. As they sip tea together, Badshah thanks Pushpa for everything. Pushpa explains that being a “Maasi” means being like a mother and emphasizes the importance of supporting each other. Anokha asks Pushpa if she knows her mother. Badshah reveals they were classmates. He then asks Pushpa why she helps them despite the trouble he causes. Pushpa explains it’s her responsibility and shares a childhood story her father told her.
Later, Ashwin accidentally helps Ashwari when she drops some books. A staff member notices and suspects something is going on between them.
Badri, Ravi, and Juggal arrive at the hospital and ask about Munni. Anokha meets her brothers and tells them how much she missed them. They express their intent to admit Munni to a school in Mumbai for her safety. Pushpa suggests Nanavati School and offers to assist with the admission process. Juggal supports the idea. Badshah introduces Juggal to Munni, explaining they are learning Patoda making from him. Anokha expresses interest in learning as well, and Juggal agrees.
Meanwhile, Bapodhara, seeing the poll results, boasts about leading in every poll. Sunny assures him that he will win if the trend continues. However, Susheela warns against celebrating prematurely, advising them to be prepared for any outcome. Bapodhara confidently declares that if he loses, he will leave the chawl and never show his face again, shocking everyone.
Pushpa meets the principal to collect Munni’s transfer letter. The principal initially hesitates, suggesting that Munni complete the academic year as only three months are left. However, Pushpa explains that Munni’s brothers want her to stay with them. The principal agrees, commending Pushpa for her mature handling of the situation.
Elsewhere, Chirag expresses his determination to defeat Bapodhara in the election. Dilip advises him not to trust poll opinions blindly, saying they still have a chance. Chirag asks about his plan, but Dilip cryptically states he will turn Bapodhara’s plans against him.
Rashi later finds Chirag deep in thought and asks what’s wrong. Chirag admits he is missing Prathna. Rashi suggests canceling the divorce if he doesn’t want it. However, Chirag denies it. Rashi invites him to celebrate Munni’s birthday and leaves. Chirag wonders how to tell Prathna that he doesn’t want a divorce.
