The episode starts with the doctor informing to Mannat that Shruti needs immediate liver transplantation. Mannat pleads with the doctor to save her mom. She asks the doctor how did her liver got affected? She used to don’t eat anything from outside. Thr doctor explains everything to Mannat. He says that she has to pay 25 lakhs for this surgery. Harneet is shocked to hear it. Mannat asks him where did she find a liver for her? The doctor says that she is a daughter of her so she can donate her liver to her. Harneet recalls the way Shruti informed her that Mannat isn’t her daughter but Sonia. She won’t allow her to meet Sonia at any cost. The doctor says to Mannat that this surgery isn’t easy. We will take her blood samples to confirm whether it’s matching to her mom or not. She is her daughter so there is 99% chances to match the blood. They will use her small portion of her liver to heal her mother’s liver. Mannat says that she is ready for any test. She asks the doctor to start the treatment.
Meanwhile, Shruthi gained her consciousness. She inquires Harneet about Mannat. She assures her that Mannat is alright. She needs a rest now. Shruthi feels restless thinking about her daughter. Harneet tried to control her. Kanan says ro Shruti that Mannat is giving her blood samples. Harneet tried to stop her from revealing the truth to Shruthi but she blabbers to her. Shruthi gets nervous hearing it. She asks her why is she giving the blood samples? She informs Shruthi that she is her daughter. A daughter can donate her small portion of her liver to her mom. The doctor taking her samples to confirm it. Shruti says that it’s shouldn’t happen. Kanan says that there is chance to match 99%. She don’t need to worry about anything. Shruthi creates a problem to meet Mannat. Mannat gets ready to give her samples. Mallika comes there. She asks her what’s she doing. She explains everything to Mallika. She gets anxious hearing it. He confirms with his assistant that the resturant cleaned well. Mallika’s grandparents are going to stay in home. Vickrant informs him that he is going to sea shores. He will get a peace from there. Meanwhile, Shruthi shares the past with Mannat. She explains what she went through on that time. She wanted to give a new life to her.
