The episode starts with Suman who operates the bullet from the body of her husband. To show his gratitude, Teerth becomes very emotional and apologize to her for his misbehaviour. After the operation, she gives a bandage to the injury. Teerth asks Suman whether she got hurt for his betrayal. Though she doesn’t want to continue this conversation in this poor state but he can’t wait but talk with Suman for once.
Teerth accepts that he married Suman to save his own career and didn’t think about the life of Suman. In spite of all the injustice and insulting behaviour of Mittal family members, Suman regarded them as her own family. Teerth feels extremely sorry for his irresponsible behaviour. She always there for him, in every situation but unfortunately he failed to keep the respect of his wife in the family. Teerth wants to become like his wife.
Being overwhelmed, Teerth confesses that he wants to live with Suman instead of his successful political career. The marriage was contractual which will end up after 6 months but he realises he wants to be with her forever. Suman becomes very restless when Teerth fears of death. Teerth opens his heart to Suman who has already fallen for her. She gets totally mesmerized by the sudden confession and becomes speechless totally. She can’t understand whether she should believe his words or not.
Suman also confesses that her heart never stopped beating for Teerth, he was the first and the last love of Suman’s life. They come closer to each other and fall asleep in the same store room.
In the next morning, they both wake up together and realise they have spend their first night together. They both want to start a fresh. Teeth asks Suman whether she noticed the face of that man who started shooting. Suman says it was Gulshan who wanted to kill her.
In the Mittal house, everybody becomes very tensed thinking about Teerth. They don’t get any single news of their son. They have also searched in every hospital but didn’t get any trace. Devika becomes totally screwless to think about her enemies. She starts her overacting so that no one will doubt her anymore and keeps a fasting until Teerth will return.
Akhil brings Bhoomi to her house. After seeing the face of their daughter, both Hema and Malini become overwhelmed but to see the face of Akhil, Hema becomes extremely angry and proceeds to beat him. At that time, Bhoomi confesses it was Akhil who saved her life last night but they don’t know anything about Suman and Teerth. Suddenly both Suman and her husband arrive in the house. As soon as Suman comes in the house, she catches Gulshan in red handed.
