The episode starts with the Anjali saying to the judge about Prakash having an affair with Deepika and says this murder happened while Prakash is having an extra marital affair. Raghav says to the judge that Anjali’s accusations against Prakash are false. Anjali says she will prove it. Anjali requests the Judge to call Prakash to the stand.
The judge calls Prakash to the stand. Anjali questions Prakash about where was he the night Shivani was murdered. Prakash says he went to Mumbai. Anjali asks Prakash in which way did he go to Mumbai by flight or by train. Raghav comments on Anjali and says to the judge that Anjali is wasting time with these questions as he clearly told in the court that Prakash has gone by flight to Mumbai to the court. Anjali argues with Raghav about it. The judge asks Raghav to allow Anjali to question Prakash.
Anjali asks Prakash in which way did he go to Mumbai. Prakash says he went by flight at 7 pm and he reached Mumbai at 9:15 pm. Anjali asks Prakash when did he check into the hotel. Prakash says he checked in by 11 pm.
Anjali later calls Pankaj into the stand. Anjali questions Pankaj if he questioned the hotel where Prakash stayed at in Mumbai. Panakj says he took the Mumbai police help and questioned the hotel people. Pankaj says he learned that Prakash checked in at 3 pm and there was a female with Prakash in his room.
Anjali later asks Prakash to come to the stand. Anjali later says to the Judge that Prakash has only booked the flight to the Mumbai but he hasn’t boarded that flight but he has the boarded the flight to Mumbai that is at 11pm he reached Mumbai by 1 pm and checked into that hotel at 3 pm. Anjali says she talked with the airport authorities about it. Raghav says Anjali is cooking up a story and argues with Anjali. The judge asks them to stop their argument. Anjali later calls Deepika Sharma to the stand. Anjali questions Deepika about her extra marital affair with Prakash.
