Episode starts with Gayatri causing chaos at Ram Bhavan for starting the aarti without her. She asks if they couldn’t wait for two more minutes for the Lakshmi of this house to start the puja. Om’s mother says that it’s not like that, rather the pious time for puja was running out hence they had to start the puja. Gayatri says why they don’t remember about such pious times before asking for money. She says from today onwards she will not be paying any money for the expenses of this house. She orates the cost for some veggies to Om and says that this is just the cost of a list of food items apart from medicine, his sister’s college fees, clothes and what not. Om’s mother asks Gayatri how can she say something like this since how would they live without her help. Gayatri insults them and says when they don’t care about her and keep on insulting her why should she help them. Jagdish asks Gaytri to not say like this since this is just a little thing but Gayatri says that running this house is also just a little thing for his brother that he will manage.Acharyaji tells Om that he has exceeded all limits today.
Next morning, Acharyaji and his wife ask Om who would run this house now and how. Om tells his mother that she knows why he does these things. She says she knows but arguing back with one isn’t the solution to all problems. Acharyaji is asked to have some food since he didn’t have anything since the previous night but he refuses saying he is worried how he would feed his children now. Gayatri watches all of this from upstairs and enjoys the scene. Acharyaji asks Om the solution to this problem and says if he doesn’t have a solution he must take him and his mother to the market and sell them there. Om tries to calm him down and then leaves the house.
Gayatri calls someone and says that this is just a little trailer before the real drama. Mishra and Dilip are seen having a talk amongst themselves when Isha comes and asks his father to have his medicine in time. He says he won’t die until all his daughters get married and Shivji would take care of all things. Dilip tells Isha’s mother that her daughter is the real Lakshmi of this house so she must not worry about anything and relax. She says that his wife cursed Isha about marriage before leaving the house so it isn’t letting her relax. Isha intervenes and says it’s time for her to start a business and make his career so she doesn’t have time for this marriage and all so she must not worry. Mishra says he also got married and made a career and did all things perfectly so even she can do it. Dilip asks Subbu to not bit around the bush and spit the truth.
Subbu talks about the Maya industries and takes out a photo of a boy from his pocket. He says that the boy is very good and a perfect match according to his work, gotra and culture whose name is Dhruv Shukla. He says that he is the owner of a huge business. One by one Isha’s mother and sisters see the photo of the guy who seems very handsome. Om meets Isha’s mother outside the mandir. She drops a flower from the puja thali by mistake so he helps her and takes her inside the mandir and helps her for the puja. Panditji mistakes Om as Isha’s fiance and blesses him and Isha. Both Om and Isha roam very close to each other at the mela near the mandir while their destinies get tied up to each other without their knowledge.
