The episode starts with Deepika putting allegations on Chirag for not trusting her. Mishka tells Chirag that Deepika is trying to create a misunderstanding between her and him. Lavanya tells Chirag why he is not trusting his daughter. Chirag tells Lavanya that Mishka is a doctor and she saves life. Chirag tells Lavanya why Mishka will harm his daughter and Chirag tells Deepika to apologise to Mishka immediately.
Janvi decides to leave the house because Lavanya disowns her baby for the property. Prithvi tries to stop Janvi but she accidentally falls down and collides with the sofa.
Deepika tells Chirag that she is not going to stay with him under one roof and she is taking her daughter back home. Chirag holds the hands of Mishka and leaves.
Lavanya comes to meet Janvi and she is admitted in the hospital. Chirag learned from the doctor that Janvi is having serious issues and in that case only one can survive either mother or child. The doctor tells Chirag that Prithvi has chosen to save Janvi but luckily they have saved both mother and child.
Ragini and Chandu are back home and Baldev serves them snacks but they are not eating. Deepika apologises to them and starts crying in front of her daughters. Deepika tells Ragini and Chandu that Mishka is a very bad lady and she can harm them that’s why she brought them back home.
Lavanya meets Janvi and she tells Janvi that it was very complicated for Prithvi and he has chosen her but luckily the child and her are saved now. Prithvi comes to meet Janvi and she is very happy to see Prithvi saving her instead of the baby. Janvi tells Prithvi that she is an idiot and everyone really loves her.
Ragini and Chandu hug Deepika and ask her to stop crying. Chandu and Ragini tell Deepika that they are sad because they will never go to meet their father. Deepika console them and suddenly the phone rings. Deepika learns from Omkar that Janvi is in the hospital and she will have to leave to see her. Deepika gives the responsibility to Baldev to take care of Ragini and Chandu.
The doctor suggests Prithvi to take care of Janvi because now it’s a high risk pregnancy. Deepika tells the doctor that she will take care of her sister and she Janvi to pause the fight between them. Ragini and Chandu video call Janvi and talk to her. Ragini and Chandu tell Janvi to get well soon and take care of their brother.
Chirag is upset and he is all alone. Chirag thinks deeply about the coincidence which proves that Deepika is Chandu and Ragini’s mother.
Janvi thinks about how she insults Deepika every time and she regrets her mistakes. Janvi realizes that Deepika and Prithvi always love her. Janvi thanks Sawre .
Mishka dances with joy and celebrates that Chirag is her property now. Chirag comes to meet Mishka and he is totally drunk. Chirag tells Mishka that he will forget everything and he will prove it to everyone. Chirag tells Mishka that he is ready for the dna test and proves Deepika is a liar. Mishka is afraid to get exposed.
