The episode begins with Neil running into Teju’s family. Teju talks to Neil and mentions that it’s a big coincidence that they keep running into each other. Neil gives chocolate to Vedant and Teju. Mohit asks Neil why he is here. Neil thinks he needs to continue his lie, as he previously told Teju’s family that he is a doctor. He tells Mohit that he came to drop off his doctor boss, who is here for a week-long medical campaign. Mohit and Mukta mention that they will also be staying for a week.
At the hotel, Neil runs into Teju while carrying his luggage. He apologizes to her for bumping into her. Teju notices a stethoscope falling out of Neil’s bag and asks about it. Neil quickly responds that the bag doesn’t belong to him and that it belongs to his boss. Teju teases Neil, saying that he always gets clumsy when he feels shy.
Later, Teju’s family visits the medical camp. Teju spots Neil wearing a doctor’s coat and treating patients. Mohit and Mukta decide to go meet him. Teju asks her parents why they need to do that. Mukta and Mohit remind Teju how Neil helped her by dropping her off at their home. Vedant calls out to Neil. When Neil sees Teju’s family, he quickly takes off his doctor’s coat and approaches them.
Teju questions Neil about treating patients as if he were a real doctor. Neil insists that he is only assisting his doctor boss. Mohit and Mukta praise Neil, while Teju makes a remark about him.
Mohit and Mukta then ask Neil if there are any places worth visiting, as they have already seen the temple nearby. Neil mentions that there is a monastery where people believe their wishes come true.
Neil takes Teju’s family to the monastery and asks them to make a wish. Mohit wishes for his family to accept Aditi. Teju wishes to become a great singer one day and also wishes for Rituraj. At Mohit’s insistence, Neil makes a wish and silently hopes that Teju will be his wife.

Precap: Teju prays to God, hoping that Rituraj will love her as much as she loves him. She then receives a call informing her that her father is in the hospital. Teju immediately calls Rituraj, but he ignores her, saying it’s time for his concert, and cuts the call.
Teju rushes to the hospital, where Mohit makes a shocking request—he asks Neil to marry Teju, saying it is his last wish. Teju is left in shock.
