The episode starts with Bhavani thinking if Babita saw her medicines then she would have gotten caught. Bhavani accidentally drops the medicine. Babita picks up the medicines and sees they are diabetes medicine. Bhavani says she has diabetes and comments on it. Bhavani leaves from there. Bhavani thinks it is a good thing she ordered real medicine along with the fake medicine. Bhavani later leaves from there.
Bhavani comes to her home and sees the sticker of medicine bottle has been pulled off. Bhavani hides the medicine bottle seeing Amruta.
Amruta comes and Bhavani if she is alright. Bhavani says yes. Bhavani asks Amruta if she loves her that much as she has agreed to marry Abhir for her. Amruta comments on it.
Manvi asks Virat what is he thinking about. Virat says he is thinking about going with her on some vacation. Manvi asks Virat if they can go to Alibagh. Virat agrees.
Dr Solanki comes to meet Amruta. Amruta asks Dr Solanki how is Bhavani’s condition. Dr Solanki says Bhavani’s condition is better than before. Dr Solanki says to Amruta that she still needs to take care of Bhavani and leaves from there. Anjali asks Amruta if she is worried for Bhavani. Amruta says yes. Anjali asks Amruta to go to Bhavani’s house to take care of her. Amruta comments on it.
Amruta is shown to be doing work in her office in the night. Anjali comes to Amruta and asks Amruta to take rest and comments on her. Anjali later leaves from there.
Virat comes and talks to Amruta. Virat later asks Amruta why is she marrying Abhir if she doesn’t want to do this marriage. Amruta asks Virat to give her a reason why she should not do this marriage.
Virat says God will give her a reason to stop this marriage and comments on it.
The next day Babita prepares for the ring ceremony. Mandira also acts as if she is helping in the decoration. Babita asks Mandira about it. Mandira comments on Babita.
Virat packs his bags to leave to Alibagh. Manvi later closes Virat’s eyes and brings him to the location that she prepared. Manvi later gets on her knee and asks Virat to marry her. Virat recalls Amruta proposing to him the same way. Virat asks Manvi if she proposed to him like this before. Manvi says no. Virat gets disturbed with the memories and leaves from there. Manvi calls the doctor and asks the doctor to send her the medicine saying Virat is recalling his past. The doctor reminds Manvi that it will put Virat’s life in danger if he takes this medicine. Manvi still asks the doctor to send the medicine.
Bhavani blesses Abhir and Mandira gives Aarthi and blesses Amruta. Mandira accidentally drops Sindhur over Amruta. Amruta goes to clean it.
Amruta sees Dr Solanki calling Bhavani’s phone and she attends the call. Dr Solanki says to Bhavani that he will not be able to continue this drama anymore. Dr Solanki says he doesn’t understand till how long will she continue that she is sick to Amruta while she is completely fine and comments on it. Anjali also overhears all if this. Anjali comments on Bhavani hearing it.
Abhir makes everyone dance as today is his engagement ceremony. Bhavani hugs Amruta. Amruta decides to stop this farce.
