The episode starts with Reyaansh and Pranati admitting Jugnu in hospital. Pranati cries and searches for Reyaansh for signing form. Reyaansh is on call with Daadi and informs about Jugnu hurt. Daadi warns him to not move from there else Pranati will straightaway go to court. Doctor comes out and asks for Jugnu’s medical details but both stands speechless. Doctor asks them to give blood test to find which matches Jugnu. Reyaansh gets irked but still both Pranati and Reyaansh give blood test. Reyaansh is scared while nurse informs that his blood group matches with Jugnu. Reyaansh gives his blood unwilling while Pranati scolds him for hesitating to give blood to his own daughter.
Arnav is in car with Archit’s sister Navya and he offers her to have drink with him. Navya sees the label on drink and understands that its Khuranna product and he immediately denies. She says that she hates Reyaansh Khuranna and his whole family while Arnav gets shocked. He asks the reason for her hatred while she blames him for spoiling her family. He hides that he’s also a Khuranna from her and pacifies her to drink with him. He gets busy in taking out the alcohol that he fails noticing the vehicle opposite to them and they get in accident. Pranati and Reyaansh are waiting outside Jugnu’s ward when Navya is brought in.
Pranati gets worried for Navya while Reyaansh notices Arnav hiding and understands that he did something. He takes him aside and asks him what did he do. He says about the accident and Reyaansh informs Daadi. Pranati too calls Archit and informs about Navya’s accident. Dadi cries hearing it while the family members asks if she’s crying for Jugnu being hurt. Dadi shuts them saying that she’s crying for her useless family members a. She says Jugnu will survive as she’s Khuranna blood.
Nurse says that they need B+ blood group for Navya and Pranati offers to give as its the same for her. Reyaansh stops her and asks how could she still care for Navya when she bad mouthed her so much. Pranati says that she’s Archit’s sister and he has full right to hate her but she don’t. Reyaansh calls her a masterpiece while Pranati leaves to donate blood. Arnav comes home and Dadi starts beating him with shoes. She starts chasing after him when Police comes there. They leave without any enquire and Arnav sighs in relief. However Dadi reveals that it’s her who spoke with Bishambar to not blow up the case.
Archit is worriedly waiting for his sister outside and Pranati notices it. She keeps hand on his shoulder hesitantly while Archit asks her to say seeing his eyes that she loves Reyaansh. Pranati stands helpless while Reyaansh comes there. He says that she helped his sister only by accident as Jugnu is also admitted and nothing more. Saying so he takes her with her while Archit stands heartbroken. Reyaansh asks Pranati if she’s crying for her love while Pranati says that she’s crying in guilt as she doesn’t love him. She breaks down in his embrace.
