The episode starts with Rani tells her father to open the door because she will not listen to anyone. Neha gets angry on Rani and Bhabi requests Rani to stop what she is doing. Sagar gets angry and he decides to teach her a lesson. The gate opens and Niranjan comes with everyone. Rani tells Niranjan that she knows he is angry with her but she will not allow her to ruin her life. Rani asks Niranjan why he is cheating on her and Niranjan asks Rani why she is raising fingers on him. Rani tells Niranjan that he doesn’t ask her before bidding her on the line for his business. Niranjan gets angry and he is about to slap her. Rani tells Niranjan that he can slap her but she is not ready to marry but Niranjan is determined that she will get married. Rani and Niranjan blame each other for breaking each other’s trust . Niranjan tells Rani that the score is equal now and tomorrow she will get married. Niranjan locked Rani inside the room and she started crying. Rani wants to talk to the DJ.
Dj tries to call Rani but her phone is switched off . Dj thinks that someone has taken Rani’s phone and he thinks that no one is aware of whatever happens between Rani and him. Bajaj calls Dj and asks him where he is. Dj tells Bajaj that he is joining today. Alisha learns from Bajaj that Dj is joining today and she is still surprised if DJ knows that she is the owner of the hospital.
Devu gets ready for her pag phere ceremony and Madhuri comes to give her sweets. Devu asks Madhuri if Dj wakes up or not. Pinky tells Devu that Dj has already gone to the hospital and suddenly Devu gets a call from her mother. Devu learns from mother about Rani’s wedding with Bhimani Diamonds family. Devu is shocked and surprised and she tells her mother that she will come to ask Rani directly. Pinky tries to create a misunderstanding between Devu and Rani. Pinky tells Devu to think about her and be always in the good books of Narayani. Pinky tells Devu that Dj doesn’t remember anything and she tells her friend to stay happy. Devu is totally confused.
Rani is helpless now and she doesn’t know how she will contact Digvijay. Neha comes to clean the room and Rani starts insulting Neha. Rani asks her maid to give her mobile. Neha calls Anant.
Pinky tells Naryani that Rani is getting married and this makes Digvijay shocked and surprised. Dj tells Naryani that this is totally fake news but Pinky tells Naryani that the invitation card is already distributed. Digvijay thinks about the promise Rani made to him but Pinky starts accusing Rani. Pinky tells Narayani that Rani uses their Digvijay. Naryani tells DJ to forget everything and focus on his work. Dj tells everyone to leave the room and give some space. Dj starts remembering the moments he spent with Rani and now he is shattered again. Rani calls Digvijay but he is not picking up the call. Rani feels restless because Dj is not picking up the call.Dj breaks his phone in anger. Madhu takes her phone back from Rani.
Vijay tells Dhananjay to go with DJ because it’s his first day. Ishaan’s father suggests Dhananjay not to go anywhere. Ishaan’s father tells Vijay not to worry because Dj is a very dedicated doctor who always focuses on his work. Dj completes his first surgery and he sees Alisha shaking hands with him.
