The episode starts with Meher asking both Ranbir and Meghla about Adrija. Meghla informs her that Adrija is busy with work. Meher gets upset, so she questions them. Also, she rebukes them both. Meghla tries to explain the reason, but Ranbir intervenes and says it’s not a big deal they left Adrija to complete her work. Meher gets extremely upset. She tells Ranbir that Adrija is taking good care of Zoravar, so her safety is their responsibility. She then rebukes Meghla for leaving Adrija behind. Ranbir defends himself. Zoravar questions Ranbir’s act. He also holds Meghla responsible for Ranbir’s decision. Ranbir says it’s not Meghla’s fault, but Meher asks him to stop acting as Meghla’s bodyguard. She berates both Ranbir and Meghla, especially the latter for not caring about Adrija, who is her sister. Meghla tries to explain herself, but Meher doesn’t allow her.
Balveer and Kamla say Adrija must have stayed back to complete all the work as she is a perfectionist. Harman goes to Ranbir and asks why Adrija hasn’t reached home yet. Ranbir fails to contact Adrija. Just then, the entire family sees the news about the road accident. They all get shocked learning it’s Adrija who met with an accident. Meghla blames Ranbir’s decision not to wait for Adrija. Ranbir says he doesn’t know Adrija will meet with an accident, so he asks her to stop blaming him.
Meghla asks assurance from Ranbir about Adrija’s well-being. Ranbir says that he has to go to the hospital. He also tries to assure Meghla. The entire family decides to go to the hospital. Meher tries to stop Zoravar, but the latter refuses to listen to her. Balveer asks Meher not to inform Balraj about this mishap. Meher obliges. The entire family leaves for the hospital, but Meher stops Meghla and asks her to go to sleep, saying the latter has already done so much. Meghla gets shocked. She firmly refuses to listen to Meher and leaves for the hospital.
Here, Chandan receives a call from Meghla, who cries badly. Chandan gets worried and asks her what happened. Mahua also wakes up and takes the phone from Chandan. She asks Meghla what happened. Meghla informs her about Adrija’s accident. Mahua gets shocked. Meghla tries to assure Mahua, but the latter accuses her. Meghla gets hurt. Both Chandan and Mahua decide to go to the hospital.
On the way to the hospital, Ranbir tries to calm Meghla down, saying Adrija will be fine. But Meghla blames him for Adrija’s state. She also breaks down over the allegations she has to face it. Ranbir loses his temper over Meghla’s constant accusations, so he shouts at her, saying all this is happening because of Meghla’s earlier mistake. Meghla gets shocked.
The entire family reaches the hospital where Adrija is getting treated. Zoravar suggests Adrija to another hospital, but the doctor informs it’s not the right. He also says Adrija has to go through surgery. Ranbir decides to complete the procedure before surgery. Meghla tries to go with him, but Ranbir says he will handle it. Just then, both Mahua and Chandan reach the hospital. Mahua breaks down, asking Bajwa’s about Adrija’s condition. Kamla pleads with Mahua to have faith as Adrija is getting the best treatment.
Precap: Mahua shouts at Meghla for not taking good care of Adrija. Ranbir asks Mahua not to blame Meghla, saying it’s his mistake. Later, Meghla cries badly when she overhears the doctor informing Ranbir about the chances that Adrija may not be able to walk is high after surgery.
