Episode starts with Vikram asking Suman to let her go with her but she refuses. She tells Vikram that she only trusts him about Rishi and he has to be here to take care of him since Devika is present here. If she leaves for the temple , who knows what she will do behind her back. She says that she can’t even trust Bhoomi in this matter since she doesn’t know what is in her heart regarding Rishi and if she just pretends to love her. She entrusts Rishi’s responsibility on Vikram and goes to the hospital temple. Suman prays to Shiva and says that he knows what Rishi means to her and that he is her breath and she can’t survive without him so he has to recover Rishi soon. She tells Shiva that she is going to Uma Maheswar Mandir and before she comes back he has to fix Rishi.
Teerth hears this conversation and leaves. Before Suman leaves for Uma Maheshwari she is handed over a very heavy kalash by Teerth’s brother. Suman leaves with the kalash barefoot. She walks towards the temple alone carrying the heavy weight of the kalash and hurting her feet due to the road dirt and keeps removing the stones and things from under Suman’s feet. He even asks Suman to give the kalash toh him and rest for sometime since she must be tired and offers water for her to drink but she doesn’t listen and keeps walking. Gulashan is ordered by Devika to run over Teerth and Suman and kill them. While Suman and Teerth’s in-laws pray forRishi together, Gulshan is seen trying to kill Suman and Teerth.
Devika brainwashes Vikram to leave the hospital and go after Suman and Teerth so that they don’t get along well and start their romance again. Vikram says that he is not going anywhere leaving Rishi alone. Devika says she was just trying to do good for him but if he doesn’t want to listen that’s fine. Devika keeps on saying things about Teerth and Suman. She says that if he doesn’t go after them today he might have to be a nanny for Suman and Teerth’s second baby after nine months. Vikram gets very annoyed hearing this so he gets up to tell Devika something but Reva comes and requests Vikram to not slap her mother. Vikram asks Reva to not worry and says he won’t do anything to her mother and is leaving. Vikram goes to a side for sometime. Devika asks Reva why she gets so scared seeing Vikram. She was about to tells Devika something but before she tells anything Devika asks her to sit here for sometime and goes to meet Rishi’s nurse.
After sometime, Rishi’s nurse comes with a presentation and asks Akhil to bring some injections for Rishi. Bhoomi is always standing there so she grabs the prescription from Akhil and says she is giving it to the wrong person as he won’t even have the money to buy these. She says she will go and buy the medicines herself. Akhil was just thinking how he would leave Rishi alone here. The nurse looks at Devika and shows her some sign . This was Devika’s plan to remove Bhoomi from there.
