Episode starts with Gulshan attempting to run over Suman and Teerth with his truck but Teerth saves Suman. Gulshan attempts again but fails to find them so he keeps on driving and searching for them.Akhil gets a fake call from Devika asking him to reach the CM’s office for some urgent work since Teerth is not available over phone. Teerth again saves Suman from getting hit by the truck but he realises that maybe this truck is following them. Devika dresses up like a nurse and tries to enter Rishi’s cabin at the hospital. Before she enters the cabin Akhil asks the nurse to open her mask before entering the room or else he wouldn’t let her attend Rishi. Akhil is called by the doctor to talk about Rishi so he stops for a second and moves aside to talk to the doctor. Taking this chance, Devika enters Rishi’s cabin. After entering the cabin, Devika removes the oxygen mask of Rishi and says now no one is going to save him. Rishi struggles to breathe and calls Suman’s name. Suddenly hand approaches and puts on Rishi’s mask back.
Devika gets shocked seeing Vikram there. He says he knew very clearly she was going to do something like this so he had been keeping an eye on her. Devika says no matter what he does he will never be able to prove this. Vikram says he never leaves any task unfinished and shows the video of her removing Rishi’s oxygen mask. Devika gets shocked seeing it. Teerth tells Suman that he should have realised before that all of this is the task of Devika seeing Gulshan meeting and accident with his truck. Both of them panic and call Akhil and Bhoomi to know how Rishi is and if he is safe. None of them answers the call so Suman calls Vikram and asks about Rishi. Vikram asks her to see a video that he is just sending and assures her that Rishi is safe. Suman sees Rishi is fine in the video. She assures Teerth that since Vikram loves Rishi and has always been a friend to her she can rely completely on him with Rishi. Teerth feels bad about this.
Vikram actually didn’t send the original video of Devika unmasking Rishi. Before he could send the video, Devika tells him that he can send this video to whoever he wants since that doesn’t matter. She asks Vikram what he would do when his truth comes in front of everyone. She says she knows very well that it was him who attacked Teerth and got this truth out from her daughter herself. She blackmails Vikram regarding this. Then she brainwashes Vikram saying they can become friends in order to win their games and Rishi is the one who can make this possible. Devika and Vikram’s common enemy is Teerth and if they remove Rishi from their way they would both succeed. They join hands and decide to kill Rishi. Just before Devika and Vikram attempt to kill Rishi again, someone enters the cabin.
