The episode starts with Kusum asking Mangal what happened and why Adit is angry. Mangal says, “You did wrong by calling Adit here.” She then tells Jigar that they are leaving and walks away. Meanwhile, the cameraman tells the organizer that he recorded a video of Adit and Mangal. The organizer says, “Mangal’s drama will boost our TRP.”
Later that night, the video of Mangal and Adit airs on TV. Mangal and her family watch it. Sowmya questions Mangal, “Why did you play with the family’s reputation? The anchor portrayed Adit as a villain just to elevate your journey.” She accuses Mangal of choosing the perfect platform to take revenge on Adit. Mangal defends herself, saying she didn’t know they were being recorded. Sowmya, however, insists, “You wanted sympathy, so you turned Adit into a villain.” She tells Adit that she’s the only one who has always stood by him and takes him inside.
Mangal apologizes to Kusum, but Kusum assures her it’s not her fault. Jigar messages Mangal, asking her to come to the studio by 9 a.m.
The next day, as Mangal prepares to leave for the studio, Adit questions her, “Why are you going back to the place where we were humiliated?” Mangal replies, “It’s necessary,” and leaves for the show. Jigar notices Mangal arrives on time. The team tells her that the audience connected more with the show because of her, and the makeup artist informs her that the episode will start with her.
On stage, Mangal boldly questions the judges. “Did you call me to showcase my work or to mock my personal life? Why did you turn my life into a joke for TRP?” She calls out their actions as wrong. Jigar is about to cut the live broadcast, but Mangal stops him, saying, “You crossed the line by recording my private conversation with Adit just for TRP.”
The judge coldly asks, “Are you done talking?”
Mangal responds, “No, I need answers. Why did you portray me as an ‘abla naari’? For you, TRP is everything, and you forgot humanity.” The judge claims they wanted the world to know her story, but Mangal retorts, “I needed a platform for my product, not to be made a mockery of. I came to prove myself, not to be humiliated.” The anchor justifies their actions, saying they wanted to highlight her struggles and she should be thankful. Mangal rebukes them, declares she’s quitting the competition, and walks off the stage.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi calls Raghuveer, saying she knows who tried to kill her and will show the video to Karthik after her shoot. Jia overhears the conversation, panics, and schemes to destroy the evidence. She sends medicine to Lakshmi, pretending it’s from Karthik. After taking the medicine, Lakshmi feels dizzy and collapses. Jia searches Lakshmi’s phone for the video.
Lakshmi regains consciousness and confronts Jia. “I didn’t take your tablet. I knew you’d come for the evidence — you fell into my trap. I caught you red-handed,” she says. Jia tries to threaten Lakshmi, but Lakshmi remains unfazed. “Karthik trusts me even without proof. He’ll remember his past, and you’ll be out of his life,” she asserts. Jia, furious, declares, “Karthik is mine!”
Lakshmi firmly responds, “You don’t understand the power of a mangalsutra. Accept the truth and leave our lives. Count your days, Jia.” Jia smirks and vows to win Karthik back, saying, “Your fate is twisted. I got Karthik once, and I’ll get him again.”
Later, Lakshmi collides with Karthik and tries to tell him the truth, but he gets a call and steps aside. Lakshmi finds a newspaper article stating that Karthik is out of the trouble caused by Jia and that Jia was exposed as the culprit. She tries to show the article to Karthik, but Jia spots them.
In a flash-forward of Jia’s imagination, Karthik reads the article, confronts Jia, and throws her out of his life. Snapping back to reality, Jia resolves to prevent Karthik from reading the article at any cost.
