The episode starts with Indrajeet asking Meghla not to visit his house anymore. Diljot asks Indrajeet not to say such things and says Meghla is upset. Indrajeet says Meghla has taken the wrong decision, but the latter defends her reason behind her decision. Guru Ji questions her. Meghla says the society treats both men and women differently for sure. She wants to prove herself. Meanwhile, Chandan says to Ranbir that they can’t change the fact about Adrija’s medical condition, but Meher advises him to think positive. Adrija says that being with them all she feels positive. Both Harman and Arjun comfort her with their words. Nimrit asks Adrija to call her at any time if she needs her. Adrija nods okay.
At Guru Ji’s house, Meghla vents out her frustration with Guru Ji about her real identity and the in-law’s behaviour towards her. She then says that she wants to prove herself by doing everything to gain a name for herself. Indrajeet remains upset with Meghla’s decision and also refuses to support her.
Here, Zoravar meets Adrija. He encourages her to be positive about her recovery. Adrija shares her worries with him about her future. Mahua intervenes and asks about Meghla’s whereabouts. Simran informs them that Meghla went to Guru Ji’s house. Zoravar tells them Meghla went to practice music. He also questions Ranbir. Ranbir says he wants Meghla to focus on her music. Mahua says the problem is Meghla chose this day to go to Guru Ji’s house. She also expresses her disappointment towards Meghla. Meher complains to Meghla’s parents and Ranbir about Meghla’s behaviour. Chandan gets shocked.
Back at Guru Ji’s house, Diljot pleads with Guru Ji to support Meghla, but Guru Ji questions her. Meghla tells Diljot that the latter is really blessed to have Guru Ji as her husband. Guru Ji reminds Meghla that she has Ranbir’s support. Meghla says that as of now, she has Ranbir’s support, but in the future, Ranbir may ask her to leave music to be with the family. Then what will she do? She further says that her only identity is music. She doesn’t want to lose this. Guru Ji gets convinced, so he agrees to help Meghla. But he refuses to go against his principles. Both Meghla and Diljot get happy. Meghla expresses her gratitude to Guru Ji.
Meanwhile, Kamla and the other family members tell Meghla’s parents about Meghla’s stubborn decision. They all say that they are upset with Meghla’s behaviour. Chandan expresses his astonishment hearing their words. Just then, Meghla arrives there, and she inquires Adrija about her health condition. Ranbir intervenes and questions Meghla’s behaviour towards his family. Meghla defends herself. Mahua demands an answer from Meghla for choosing her musical classes over Adrija. Meghla tells Ranbir’s family members’ behaviour towards her. She shares her agony about not being able to do anything in this house. Chandan says to Meghla that they don’t have a problem going to Guru Ji’s house for practice, but why she went today, especially after her in-law’s said no. Meghla says to him, “Zoravar wanted her to stop singing.” If he also wants the same, then she will quit. She also says that the entire family is against her singing, so she is against their that decision. She further says Ranbir supports her. Zoravar gets furious, so he demands both Ranbir and Meghla to leave the house, which shocks everyone.
