The episode starts with Rishi who can’t take Teerth anymore as his father. Rishi doesn’t want to see his face even. But Teerth has his own confidence that one day Rishi will definitely understand what his father wanted to do with him. Finally they all enter into the court room.
Devika asks her lawyer to do something mischievous against Suman so that she will fail to get the custody of Rishi. The lawyer starts telling the misbehaviour of Suman who did not inform her husband about the existence of her child and did not allow him to contact him. The lawyer tries to prove that Suman is completely failure as a mother. Suman tried everything to separate Rishi from his father.
To cancel all the accusation of that lawyer, Bhoomi starts telling about the role of a true father. She exposes all the crimes and injustice of Teerth. Suman tolerated many injustices for her husband. Suman trusted Teerth for the last time but again he broke her heart. To prove herself, Suman mentions that Rishi is not safe in Mittal house. Bhoomi plays some videos where Mittal members are fighting among each other. They all are occupied with their own problems so it will be difficult to raise a child in the midst of all these chaos. But the lawyer of Teerth is very confident that Suman has been exploiting her own child to win the political game. She didn’t give Teerth any chance to be a father. Though she seeked the help from her husband in danger, she never wanted Teerth as a part of her own family.
After few minutes, the court gets adjourned. Rishi is angry with his father who has troubled them a lot. Suman doesn’t want to involve Rishi in any criticism of his father. Bhoomi asks Suman to be strong otherwise it will be impossible to get the custody of Rishi at the end of the case. Teerth and Devika will try everything to win this case but Suman have to prove her honesty and integrity.
Teerth comes to Suman and mocks at her weakness. He assumed that Suman will solve every problems between them but again she has compelled Teerth to fight this case in the court room. Devika also blames Suman for trapping Teerth for her own purpose. Suman cannot understand what is going to happen. Teerth realises that he has done a mistake to believe on Suman.
