The episode starts with Virat saying to Amruta that he recalled that he is Virat Singh Ahuja when he saw her at the hospital and he later regained consciousness for a short while and saw Manvi is the one who was disguised as a nurse and injected a medicine into his Saline bottle. Virat says he took off his IV drip.
Abhir comes the office and he finds Amruta working on her laptop. Virat is shown to be hiding from Abhir. Abhir asks Amruta what is she doing. Amruta says she is doing work as she isn’t able to sleep. Abhir says she can do this work in the morning. Amruta comments on it. Abhir leaves from there.
Amruta says to Virat that they should not tell anyone that he has regained consciousness. Virat agrees. Virat says they should first find out who is Manvi and why is she so obsessed with him. Amruta agrees.
Amruta takes Virat to Manvi’s house. Virat asks Amruta if he doesn’t think Abhir is a little too interested in her and comments on it. Virat says to Amruta that she has done PhD in moving on. Amruta comments on Virat and says to Virat he is the one who has the girlfriend and she is also pregnant. Amruta asks Virat if Manvi is really pregnant. Virat says he doesn’t know as from when Manvi is giving him medicine. Virat says to Amruta they have to go to Manvi’s house right now. Amruta asks Virat to be careful of Manvi’s medicine. Virat asks Amruta not to worry and says he changed the medicine in all of the injections.
Manvi wakes up in the middle of the night and sees Ranvir isn’t in his room. Manvi calls Abhir and says to Abhir about it and says he might be with Amruta. Abhir says it is not possible as he just saw Amruta was in the office alone and Ranvir isn’t with Amruta. Manvi thinks where could Virat be if he isn’t with Amruta.
Amruta drops Virat at Manvi’s house. Manvi comes out of the house and asks Virat where did he go. Virat asks Manvi why is she awake at this time and acts as if he cares for her. Manvi asks Virat to hug her if he cares for her. Virat sees Manvi is about to see Amruta so he hugs her and takes her into the house.
Amruta returns home. Babita asks Amruta where has she gone. Amruta sees Abhir overhearing their conversation so she doesn’t reveal to Babita about Virat recalling his past. Amruta says she has just gone to office as she couldn’t sleep and comments on it.
Manvi talks to Rajiv over the phone and says Virat hasn’t recalled anything. Rajiv says it is a good thing. Rajiv later says he is coming out on medical bail. Manvi says it is a good thing and says she is tired going against Amruta and comments on it. Virat asks Manvi who is she talking to at this time. Manvi says she is talking to doctor as she is feeling vomitting sensation. Manvi later leaves from there.
Virat calls Amruta and asks Amruta to send him a doctor that she trusts as he wants to know if Manvi is really pregnant or not. Amruta agrees.
