The episode starts with Ranvir regaining consciousness. Amruta asks Virat if he is alright. Ranvir says to Amruta he is Ranvir not Virat. Ranvir comments on Amruta and shouts for Manvi. Amruta tries to remind Ranvir that he is Virat. Ranvir calls for Manvi. Manvi comes and says to Virat that she has already talked to the doctor and says he can be discharged. Ranvir agrees. Ranvir leaves from there with Manvi.
Amruta, Babita and Bebe return home. Bhavani says to Amruta that the Ahuja house gave them shelter when she is thrown out of her home. Bhavani says she felt love from the Ahuja family that she never felt before. Bhavani says to Amruta that she should forget about Ranvir and says she doesn’t think he is Virat. Dildar also says the same thing. Abhir makes a request to the Ahuja family that he would like to be the son of Ahuja house and take responsibility of this family and says Ranvir can never do that and comments on it. Amruta leaves from there without saying anything. Babita thinks this is the first time she felt Amruta has left hope of getting Virat.
Abhir calls Manvi and says to Manvi over the phone that he thinks Amruta has given up on Virat. Manvi says she still doesn’t trust Amruta and asks Abhir to keep passing her the information. Abhir agrees.
Ranvir comes out of his room. Manvi asks Ranvir why has he come out of the room as he needs to rest. Ranvir says he is tired taking rest. Manvi tries to talk about Amruta to Ranvir. Ranvir says he doesn’t want to about Amruta or the Ahuja family.
In the night, Amruta leaves the Ahuja house. Abhir sees it and informs Manvi over the phone. Manvi comes to Virat’s room and sees he is sleeping. Manvi says to Abhir that Virat is sleeping and he will not wake up till the morning due to the drug. Manvi asks Abhir to keep an eye on Amruta. Abhir agrees.
Amruta comes to the office. Amruta sees Ranvir has come to the office. Amruta tries to hold Virat’s hand. Virat pulls his hand away. Amruta is about to leave. Virat holds Amruta’s hand as hugs her. Virat apologises to Amruta for not trusting her. Virat says to Amruta that he really didn’t remember anything and says he didn’t even know who he is himself. Amruta has tears of happiness in her eyes thinking Virat has regained consciousness. Virat says to Amruta that he only believed what Manvi told him but she is his truth. Virat says he now knows that he is Virat not Ranvir.
Virat says to Amruta that when he fell off the cliff he doesn’t know how he reached the hospital but Manvi was beside him and she told him that they were boyfriend and girlfriend and he believed her. Amruta asks Virat if he has fallen for Manvi. Virat says no and comments on it.
