The episode starts with Meghla helping Adrija to sit in front of the mirror. She tells Adrija that she may not like grooming herself, but she will try her best to groom her. Adrija refuses it, saying who is going to see her. Meghla says they groom themselves for ourselves, not for others. She also says it’s her special day. Adrija asks what is so special. Meghla gets surprised and tells Adrija it’s her birthday. She excitedly shares with Adrija about her plan for her birthday. Adrija asks her not to do anything, saying she can’t able to enjoy her birthday. Meghla encourages her not to lose hope, saying she will walk like before. Adrija tells her to stop giving her false hope.
Meghla tells Adrija about Ranbir’s efforts to recover her. Adrija says that she is grateful for Ranbir. Meghla says that she feels Ranbir holds himself responsible for Adrija’s accident. Adrija says Ranbir’s conscious efforts for her recovery. Meghla says Ranbir is indeed a good human. She then helps Adrija to get ready despite the latter’s refusal. She also shares with the family members’ surprise plan for her birthday. Adrija says she doesn’t want to be part of it, but Meghla encourages her. Adrija asks her to stop making fun of her. She also says anyone will make fun of her seeing her current state. Meghla comforts Adrija, saying that she will never make fun of her.
Later, the entire family, along with Adrija’s parents, celebrate Adrija’s birthday. Adrija thanks them for their efforts. Both Chandan and Mahua request Bajwa’s to let them take Adrija back to their house, but everyone refuses it, saying they are here to take care of Adrija. Meghla shares with her parents about Ranbir’s efforts for Adrija’s recovery. She convinces her parents to let Adrija stay with them. They hesitate but give into everyone’s request.
Zoravar suggests that Adrija do work from home. Balveer also agrees to Zoravar’s idea. Adrija gets happy, but she gets upset that she doesn’t have a laptop. But her parents decide to buy her a new laptop. Adrija gets happy. Meher asks Param for not giving any gifts to Adrija. Param gives his painting as a gift to Adrija. Adrija gets happy. They all wonder about Ranbir’s whereabouts, and they decide to wait for Ranbir’s return.
Meghla informs everyone that she prepared food for everyone. Meher shares her doubts, but Arjun confidently supports Meghla’s cooking skills. Meghla reminds Mahua about the time she used to help her in the kitchen. Mahua brings back the incident of Meghla’s bad cooking the other day. Meghla says she must have made a mistake, but she requests everyone to trust her this time. Zoravar passes a crude remark, but Meghla politely assures him not to worry.
Both Chandan and Mahua decide to leave, but everyone asks them to stay back. Ranbir arrives there with a gift for Adrija. Adrija gets happy seeing her favourite brand laptop. She happily informs her parents of the same. Chandan questions Ranbir for spending so much on Adrija, but Mahua sides with Ranbir. Adrija then cuts the cake, and they all take pictures together. Meghla silently walks away and sees them all from a distance with a smile on her face.
Precap: Ranbir informs his plan about ordering food from a five-star hotel. Meghla says that she prepared food for everyone. Both Ranbir and Meghla question each other for not sharing their plan with the other person.
