The episode starts with Meghla informing Meher that her mother is Heeravati and her father is Anantya. Adrija gets shocked along with everyone. Meghla says she may not have an identity now. But Meher got a chance to spend time with her mother, so she requested Meher to share with her about Heeravati. Meher gets emotional but agrees. Param intervenes and says to Meghla that she should be happy knowing about her parents. Harman also advises Meghla to be happy for her parent’s sake. Zoravar asks what’s the guarantee is that Meghla is Heeravati’s daughter. Meghla, look on.
Here, Chandan shares his pain with Mahua about Meghla’s quest for her real parents. Mahua also gets upset, but she says Meghla is an ungrateful person who doesn’t care about them. She further advises Chandan to focus on their own daughter Adrija’s well-being. Chandan says if he has to take care of Adrija, then she should be with them. But Mahua supports Adrija’s decision to stay at Bajwa’s house, saying the latter’s health is improving a lot. Chandan asks Mahua what Meghla’s age when they adopted her? Mahua gets upset.
Back at Bajwa’s house, Zoravar comments on Meghla’s revelation about her real identity, and then he goes inside. Ranbir tries to stop Zoravar, but he fails. Meher apologises to Meghla for hurting her in the past. She also promises not to never hurt her. She then shares with Meghla about her and Heeravati’s promise. Adrija gets shocked hearing it while others look happy. Both Meghla and Meher share a hug. Ranbir asks Meher to stay strong, saying she is the one who can comfort Meghla.
There, Chandan breaks down, reminiscing about the moment they shared with Meghla after they adopted her. Mahua also cries, but she expresses her disappointment towards Meghla for not choosing Chandan to tag with her to orphanage. Instead, Meghla took Ranbir with her. Chandan defends Meghla’s decision. Mahua then talks about Meher and Heeravati’s bond and also the promise they made to each other and says now Meher will love and support Meghla in everything she does it. Chandan questions Mahua for being upset with this. Mahua defends herself. She says Meghla’s fate is good even though she doesn’t complete her education. She only focused on her music, but she was lucky enough to marry a person like Ranbir. But Adrija has talent, and everyone praises Adrija, yet she is not able to walk now. Chandan questions Mahua for getting upset over Meghla’s life. But Mahua says she is feeling bad about her daughter Adrija’s current state. She also decides not to talk about this matter again because the difference of opinions between them will lead to an argument. Chandan agrees with Mahua.
Mahua holds Meghla responsible for Adrija’s current state, so she firmly tells Chandan until Adrija fully recovers she don’t want Meghla to enter their house. Chandan gets shocked. He tries to change Mahua’s decision, but the latter threatens to leave the house if he doesn’t agree with her. Chandan gets upset. Meanwhile, Adrija demands Ranbir to take her to her room. Ranbir agrees. Adrija deliberately falls on Ranbir and also argues with him when Ranbir asks her to take support from her walker. She also badly criticises Meghla for not caring about her foster parents. The episode ends with Meghla taking a firm stand against Adrija’s criticism, saying she is grateful to have both Chandan and Mahua as her parents, who gave her a better life she could ever imagine.
