Episode starts with Isha telling Gayatri that no matter what she does she will not leave this job since it’s very important for her. She also says that she is Shubhas Mishra’s daughter and a fighter who won’t accept defeat under any circumstances. Gayatri says that she won’t make her leave this job bit make her life hell over here. Gayatri says that she is a fighter and she will deal it.
Gayatri asks Isha to go to her house and bring her lunch in thirty minutes. She also gives her some money as the auto fare nd asks her to keep the change. The other employee working under Gayatri tells Isha that this isn’t her work so she must refuse to do this. Isha says she will manage and leaves. Isha arrives at Ram Bhavan and tells Acharya and his wife that she has been sent by Gayatri to take her tiffin. Acharya feels dizzy so Isha helps him and makes him drink sugar and salt water to balance his electrolyte. She is given Gayatri’s tiffin box after which she leaves. Shivani talks to her mother about Om. She says Om is very cute and funny and narrates what hapoened at office this day. She shows OM’s CV from where her mother reads Om’s full name.Mala gets a call from Shivani’s mother and tells her something. Mala reaches Ram Bhavan to talk to Om. She meets Acharya and his wife who greet her give their blessings to her. Seeing her Jay pushes her off askimgbhow dare she stepped back in this house again. Om holds Mala and asks Jay to not misbehave with her.
Mala gives reference of Shivani and her mother Lekha to Acharya and says that she has asked her to talk to them abiut Om’s marriage with Shivani. After coming back to the office Isha hands over the tiffin to Gayatri. She says atleast under her she learnt to work on time. Gayatri calls Isha to have lunch with her and one of her interns. Isha recalks that she brought sattu for tiffin. Being embarrassed she says she is not hungry and will have the food later. Gayatri says it is a rule to abide by when a senior makes a request. The other intern also keeps on asking Isha to join. Gayatri comes forward saying she wants to see what tiffin Isha is hiding. She embarasses Isha seeijg her tiffin and says she must throw it since it’s rotten. Isha doesn’t let her throw it saying hiwever it is she will manage. She comes back home with food from the hotel for her sisters. Episode ends.
