The episode begins with Tejaswini says Mukta doesn’t trust her. She adds Mukta doesn’t think she can take care of herself and family. Mukta tells Tejaswini that it’s not like that. She says she doesn’t trustfate. She asks how much they can earn. She says they don’t have savings either. Vedaan asks them what happened and why they are fighting. Tejaswini scolds Vedaan for interfering when adults were talking. Vedaan says everyone scolds him and cries. Tejaswini tells Vedaan that she scolded him in frustration. Mukta tells Tejaswini that the latter has a chance to live peacefully. Tejaswini asks whether love is not needed for marriage. Mukta says Neil is a really good guy, and it’s impossible for a girl not to fall in love with Neil.
On the other hand, Juhi asks Aditi whether she deserves Neil. Aditi asks Juhi not to underestimate herself. She says she is happy for Juhi because Neil is a really good person, and he will keep Juhi happy. Juhi asks whether everything will become fine. Aditi tells Juhi that everything will be fine and hugs Juhi.
Mukta reminds Tejaswini that Mohit wanted Tejaswini to marry Neil. Tejaswini asks Mukta to not talk about that because if anyone hears, then drama will happen. Vedaan asks whether Neil likes Tejaswini. Tejaswini tells him to stop it. She tells Mukta that bad times end, but bad decisions ruin lives. She says Mukta’s life got ruined; tha doesn’t mean Mukta can ruin her life. She adds Neil and Juhi’s marriage got fixed, so nothing will change. Mukta tells Tejaswini that Neil wants to marry the latter. Tejaswini says Neil pities her, which she hates. Mukta says Neil likes Tejaswini. Tejaswini says she doesn’t like Neil. Mukta tauntingly says she knows what Tejaswini’s liking is.
Tejaswini says she doesn’t want to get married. She tells Mukta that she got angry at Mohit when she learned the truth, but now she understands why Mohit did that. She says no one can live with a person like Lakshmi. Vedaan says Mukta does so much work there. Tejaswini tells Vedaan that she will admit him to the school. Mukta says Neil is ready to take Tejaswini’s responsibility. She adds this family won’t let Tejaswini give exams. Tejaswini recalls how Neil told her to write exams. She tells Mukta that she will take exams for sure and she will complete her degree. She says she will fulfill Mohit’s dream.
The next day, Neil calls Tejaswini and talks about Vedaan’s admission. Tejaswini asks him why he cares about them so much. She reminds him that his marriage got fixed with Juhi. He tells her he cares for her family because he knows them and Mohit. She tells him to meet her outside. He agrees.
Meanwhile, Sonali says they should send shagun to Neil’s family. Satish brings Shagun and says Neil’s family sent this. They open the sweet box. Vedaan gets happy seeing the sweets and tries to take one sweet piece, but Lakshmi pushes Vedaan’s hand away. Lakshmi says she never celebrated Holi with Mohit. She gives sweets to everyone, including Vedaan. Vedaan asks for one more sweet. Lakshmi taunts Vedaan.
On the other hand, Neil notices a few kids are about to throw water balloons at Tejaswini, so he parks the car in between Tejaswini and the kids. He asks Tejaswini to get in the car. Tejaswini argues with him.
