The episode begins with Sowmya asking Adit about the divorce papers she had given him to sign. Adit replies that he doesn’t know. Sowmya asks if he signed them, but Adit says he didn’t and asks her not to disturb him, as he is trying to secure funding for Mangal’s business. Sowmya insists that he won’t be able to do it. Adit defends himself, saying that Mangal’s idea is great, and he doesn’t want to work as an employee anymore, so he wants to support her in starting a business. Sowmya scolds him for being reckless and accuses him of making the papers disappear to avoid signing them. She demands that he tell her if he doesn’t want to divorce Mangal. After much insistence, Adit finally admits that he doesn’t want a divorce.
Meanwhile, Kusum notices her growing hair and ties it with a band. Mangal places a flower in her hair. They step out to check the pooja arrangements. Adit leaves the room, and Sowmya grows anxious, fearing that he might return to Mangal. Desperate to find the papers, she starts searching the dustbin. Kusum sees this and thinks to herself that Sowmya will never find them. She decides to burn the papers once she returns from the temple and then leaves. Sowmya, determined, vows not to give up until she gets the divorce papers.
Elsewhere, Akshat asks Mangal if Maata Rani will punish him for lying. Mangal, confused, asks what lie he is referring to. Akshat confesses that he lied because Dadu asked him to, just to make her agree to expose the culprit. Mangal then questions Sudesh about why he made Akshat lie. Sudesh explains that he only wanted her to realize her mistake and apologizes. Just then, Mangal receives a call and informs Sudesh that Nysa’s health is not good. She decides to visit Nysa at the hospital after informing Kusum. Sudesh tells her that Kusum has gone to the temple, so she should go ahead while he informs Kusum. Mangal agrees.
Mangal then approaches Adit, telling him that she has something important to discuss. However, Adit refuses to listen and walks away. Later, Kusum enters the room to retrieve the divorce papers, only to find that they have fallen to the floor. Just then, Sowmya arrives and asks what she is looking for. Kusum quickly diverts the conversation and sends Sowmya away. She then resolves to burn the papers before Sowmya returns from the market.
At the hospital, Mangal notices that security is unusually high. She spots Niketan talking to Nysa’s parents and realizes that Sudesh was right—she must expose Niketan. Meanwhile, Kusum is about to burn the papers when she hears the sound of breaking glass and steps aside to check. Seizing the opportunity, Sowmya sneaks in, takes the real divorce papers, and replaces them with other documents. Kusum unknowingly burns the wrong papers. Sowmya thinks to herself that she must get Adit and Mangal’s signatures as soon as possible.
Mangal prays to Maata Rani for a miracle. Just then, she notices a trolley being wheeled toward Nysa’s room and hides inside it. She reaches Nysa’s bedside and speaks to the unconscious girl, saying that she is innocent and that Niketan is the real culprit, but she has no proof. Suddenly, Nysa moves her fingers. Mangal feels happy.
