The episode starts with Doree saying to Thakur family that her blood doesn’t match with Shubhi. Doree says she will go and look for blood for Shubhi. Rajnandini stops Doree and asks Doree to call Maan and ask him to come here. Doree stays silent. Rajnandini questions Doree where is Maan. Kavya asks Doree if Maan is really the father of Shubhi or she is just putting an act. Kavya asks Doree what has she done to make Maan accept Shubhi as his daughter and comments on it. Doree slaps Kavya. Doree says to Kavya that right now her daughter is fighting for her life and she is thinking all these things. Doree says Shubhi is her daughter. Doree says she needs to go and save Shubhi. Doree leaves from there.
A gentleman comes to Doree and says to Doree that he heard what they were talking about. The guy says he knows a blood bank that is nearby and says she can get blood there. The guy asks Doree to come with her and says he will take her there. Doree agrees. The guy gives a thumbs up to Kavya. Kavya thinks today Shubhi and Doree are going to die. Maan is shown to have reached the hospital.
The guy takes Doree in an auto saying he will take her to the blood bank.
Maan learns from Pushpa what happened. The guy brings Doree to some place where no one is present. The guy stops pretending and says to Doree that today she and her daughter are going to die. Doree pleads the goons to leave her saying she needs to arrange blood for her daughter. Doree calls Maan and discreetly tells Maan about her location. The goon sees Doree has turned on her phone. The goons take the phone and throw it away. The goons try to kill her. Doree sees a Trishul near Sankatamayya temple. Doree takes it and fights with the goons. Kavya witnesses it. Doree is about to kill one of the goons but Maan comes and stops her. The goons run away from there.
Doree says to Maan that she can save her own daughter and she doesn’t need his help. Maan comforts Doree. Maan later takes Doree to their hospital. Kavya feels frustrated as Doree has escaped from her plan once again.
Rajnandini asks Dadi where are Maan and Doree as they haven’t arranged the blood till now. Rajnandini says to Dadi that she feels Doree and Maan are hiding something from them. Maan and Doree return to the hospital. Maan comments on Rajnandini for thinking like that. Maan says he is father of Shubhi. Maan later goes to give blood for Shubhi. Maan while giving blood asks Doree not to worry.
