The episode starts with Rani coming to the operation theatre to see the woman who is having extreme labour pain and she is completely nervous. Devu calls Rani and she disconnects her call. Devu gets worried and Ishaan suggests Devu to send Rani a voice note. Devu sends a voice note to Rani and in which she tells her to come home fast because everyone is worried. Rani gets ready for the operation and she asks the nurse to call gynac to assist her. Rani tells the ward boy that if they didn’t take any action then he and all the hospital will be in big trouble. Rani tells the ward to call the gynac and she wants her to help her. The doctor picks up the call and she refuses to give the permission but Rani somehow convinces the doctor and tells her that she is also a patient. The doctor granted Rani to do the operation and assist her. The doctor guides Rani and Rani works hard. The lady gets hopeless but Rani gives her hope and the baby delivers with hard efforts. Rani takes the baby in her hands and she gets emotional because she knows how a woman feels giving birth to a child. The doctor gets impressed with Rani’s efforts for saving two lives and the woman thanks Rani also. Dj calls Rani but the phone disconnects due to low battery. The gynac tells Rani that the mother and child are absolutely fine. Two men are from the media and they make a video of Rani to highlight her efficiency but Rani tells the ward boy to take the media out of the hospital. Dj comes to the hospital and she learns from Rani’s friend about the situation. Rani sees that Dj comes to the hospital and DJ gets angry to see her but Rani tells him that she calls him first when she is stuck in the situation. Rani tells DJ that the woman is absolutely fine and she hides the truth from her. Dj takes Rani from the hospital to home.
Naryani learns that Dj and Rani are back home and she tells Devu to warm the food. Naryani asks Rani why she didn’t pick up her calls and Rani tells Naryani that her phone got discharged. Dj gets the call from the director from the hospital and he is surprised to take the call. Dj receives the call and the director tells DJ that he was proud of him but his wife humiliated the whole hospital. The director tells DJ to see the television and DJ switch on the television. Everyone is shocked to see the news that Rani has done an operation without any proper assistance. Rani justifies everyone that she has tried to save the life of mother and child but this time everyone is against Rani. Dj tells Rani that she doesn’t know the consequences of what will happen later because the news is spreading fast.
Rani tells DJ that there are many hospitals where treatments are not given on time. Rani asks Dj what he would do if she was in the place of that woman and Naryani tells Rani not to use these words for her. Ishaan tells Rani that she must call Dj also and he will also give her proper advice and Rani tells everyone that she already Dj to tell her problem but his phone was not reachable. Vijay tells DJ to go to the hospital and talk on behalf of Rani but Dj is against Rani and tells Rani to seek out her problem. Rani decides to face the hospital director and she decides to share his thoughts.
Narayani and Baa tell DJ that he will not support Rani this time and they have the reason to stop Rani going to the college.
